I represent an online casino organization that is looking to expand by buying some additional brands and adding them to their portfolio. If you're a casino owner and looking for a cash sale (hard to come by these days) now is the time. Please PM me here. US facing sites OK!

No sites with no revenue, no sportsbooks & no empty domains please.

Not Virtual casinos I hope.

This is not the best place to ask, as this is primarily a player and affiliate forum. However, you may well pick up indicators as to which groups are in financial distress, and who may be open to offers.

Most casinos with active reps here are doing well, and are not likely to be looking to sell up.

Even a site with no current revenue could be of use if the sale comes with a player base, and only went dormant recently.

You might stand a chance making an offer for Rushmore or Lock, both seem to be struggling, but are not yet ready to fold. They may appreciate a quick cash exit, and players would appreciate new owners, management, and getting paid. The latter is most important, as if existing players get screwed because of the sale, the investment will be close to worthless before you even get the new management in.

No relation.

I just thought couldn't hurt to ask. This might get indexed in google and some prospective seller might end up here and PM me at some point.

To be clear to any prospective sellers who might consider contacting me, we're not looking for "dormant" sites.

as if existing players get screwed because of the sale

Again, to prospective sellers, this would also be unacceptable to us. If your debt is so high that you seriously cannot pay players their withdrawals even by dedicating all of your cash flow then this is not a match.

But please feel free to PM me with what you have.

You are ruling out sites that have a reason to want a quick cash exit, so you may struggle to find anyone willing to sell. When groups in distress sell out, the buyer is often expected to absorb any debts owed to players. Any group that has enough money to operate smoothly is unlikely to sell.

What you might be able to pick up though is the US facing side of a casino that wants to pull out of the US market. They may prefer getting some cash in a sale rather than just closing out the US players. You would probably find the move is driven by the software supplier, so you would have to encourage the players to stick around with yourselves as new owners, and probably with different software.

You may have missed the boat, as most of the software supplier driven exits from the US market have already taken place, and many DID in fact sell on their US side to other operators.

Even Rival has largely pulled out of the US, leaving RTG and TopGame, where operators tend to go bust rather than leave the US market voluntarily - this is not what you are after.

I beg to differ. This is probably the best place to ask. This forum not only has about 200 casino reps, there are scores with "civilian" accounts as well. Besides, Casinomeister is much more than a forum - we also publish three newsletters, one of which is primarily industry focused with over 850 subscribers (CEOs, operators, aff managers, casino managers, software developers, etc.). There are no other websites that deal with this sort of stuff in this volume.

Well, it did seem to work, as I saw someone wanting to SELL a casino, so tried to bring the two together. I thought advertising in an industry publication, or attending some conferences, would be better at finding a willing seller.

However, if posts like this find their way into the industry newsletter it is possible that someone thinking of selling will spot it and get in contact.

We don't see the "civilian" accounts as being anything other than fellow players, even though a few appear to have the money needed to become operators.

If I had scooped the Mega Moolah jackpot and thought about buying an online casino, I would not have thought of this as the "best place" to find a willing seller. I would probably have gone looking for other sites more focussed on affiliates and operators, and then gone to one of the big exhibitions (probably London, only 40 miles away).

High Quality Casino sites

Hello

I have 100+ High Quality Casino sites with good PR

all my sites are keyword related domain and have good revenue

If you are interested then please contact me at shanker2020@gmail.com

Ive seen shanker bump his sites here on occasion..and always wondered, why would anyone seriously trying to sell anything, choose such a nickname?

It has only negative meanings... in plain old English its mostly associated with drug abusing personae: mostly ladies of questionable profession, or with someone that uses/produces prisonknives, or has a small fat male essential part, or is at best a failure in his daily life :)

But since the dear chap is from India, it could also be associated with Shiv Shankar, which is ther detroyer of all life :p '
Care to shed some light on that choice shanker?
