Bonus Complaint long message but it's infuriating

I played at the palace of chance online casino and they gave me a free chip no deposit to play with. I was told that I had to do a wagering requirement before I could withdraw and it would be a maximum of 100 dollars. I did the wagering requirement and withdrew the 100. They said congratulations and I waited the expected time and they then sent me an email. This is what was sent:

I am seriously not happy with this and feel that I have been misled and cheated completely.


Making me complete a wagering requirement, refusing a withdrawal, telling me that UK players can only use free chips for fun, but then telling me that I could have withdrawn if I had made a transaction before the free chip. So they are then saying that UK can collect off a free chip.

I'm every sense, the casino is telling lies.

Melanie, Palace of Chance is one seriously rogue casino and they will always find excuses not to pay players. :mad:

This "free chip" business is just to get players into the casino and if a small percentage is depositing after trying their games, they achieved their goal.

Make sure you play at a CM accredited casino in the future to avoid any further disappointment. Take your pick from here: Link Outdated / Removed

Those with the highest scores are the best and pay the fastest, mostly under 1 hour to e-wallets. :thumbsup:
 
first of all plz remove ur email and phone number as u might start getting lots of unwanted text/calls/emails

secondly never play at casinos which are in rogue pit, stick to accredited list n you will be fine

Hello, they have a very good readable list where you can find the country restrictions which i attached as example per screenshot. For the UK it says allowed to play: yes, cashout from free welcome bonuses: no, redeem no play no max bonuses: no.

I have played at that group, sometimes and cashed out. the first thing i did, before depositing was actually testing, if they process withdrawals as promised by playing a freechip. All went smooth. Nothing to complain. Every single withdrawal.

In general they were processed within 2 weeks which is faster than stated in their t & c.

I know that there are many competitors at the market which process almost instantly and I of course favourise that also.

Still - There is nothing unexpected happening. All can be read in the clearly written t & c before opening an account and starting to play.

To blame them for not reading the t & c in advance is not very fair imho.

They might have a questionnable past, however I cannot say any bad word about them from my personal experience. And when I read the one or another public complaint against this group it usually all is about people not reading the t & c. The T&C of this group are not overwhelming long, they are short and simple to read and understand.

If you do so - there won´t be any reasons for annoyance. If you do not: own fault, like at any other casino. sorry.

Palace of chance btw bonus banned me... After several withdrawals. From the no rules bonus.

And for the past it might be definetely right that they were acting unfair. for today and in my case i only can say - everything was correct.

Of course you can publicly complain about them - however anyone who takes a look at the casinos t & c will know, you just did not read them. sorry.

As stated in the replies before: you are always on the safe side by chosing from the accredited list - however it is still advisable to read the t & c...

I have to agree with this - yet another case of a player not reading the T&Cs :(

And to those saying this casino is in the Rogue Pit: you need to go and do some reading too - they were removed from the pit a long time ago (about 2 years if I recall correctly).

My memory serves me right, a long time ago a seasoned member had a win from one of those casino's I remember due to seeing that bonus page and my self adding a few screen shots, I cannot remember what happend but they had won alot more than the 100,

Any casino that takes two weeks to pay is a joke, Stick to the list accredited list
