Hello all! I am curious to see if anyone has had dealings with Londons Casino, they are with CWC Gaming. I have been betting with them for approximately 2 months and with great success. My initial deposit was for $50, which was matched with a $50 bonus. I had to bet that bonus up to $3,000 before I could make a withdrawal. I easily accomplished that task the very same night. My purse has been up as high as about $6,000, with the majority of my bets being placed in a $5-$500 Blackjack room. I have made a couple of successful withdrawals, although the first took almost 2 weeks to get. There reasoning was that they had a problem with their system.

I ran into a drought a couple of weeeks ago, redeposited and was able to bring my balance back up. This all done by being patient and betting small bets to slowly bring my balance up to about $2700, which is where it stands now. I made several withdrawal requests over the last week, with the lowest being their minimum of $16 and the most being about $125. Altogether my withdrawal requests that are pending add up to over $700. That money should have been paid out by Tuesday, but wasn't. I have sent repeated requests to their support and cashier with no responses.

On Wednesday afternoon I received the following email from their support/cashier:

James,

Your account is under investigation and it will remain locked until our checks are complete. We will update you fully within 48 hours.

Sincerely,

Pete

That 48 hours has come and gone and no response from either of their email addresses or the pitboss at CWC Gaming.

So, they hold over $3400 of my winnings and have locked me out of the casino and they won't respond to my emails.

To answer any possible questions in advance, I don't count cards and I don't have two accounts. I have done nothing more than bet, gone up and down and cashed out.

Just curious if anyone else has had a similar experience and if anyone has a suggestion.

Thanks,

Hey there,

Did you use any bonuses on your deposits aside from the sign up bonus?

From what you posted it seems that they are going to mark you as an advanced player or the almighty " bonus abuser " , since you played low hands thats usually when you get marked.

I would email them again and ask them on what grounds did they close your account ?

Bonus

I received a bonus when I first opened the account. On my third deposit of $75 they offered me a $15 bonus that I would have had to bet up to $2700 or so, I declined the bonus. So I have accepted one bonus and quite honestly I'd be willing to say that I have easily made $100,000 in bets, if not more. Not all of my bets were have been low, just when my balance is low, like below $1,000. I would love to just get a response from them.

I just did get a response from CWC Gaming saying they are not affiliated with Londons and I have to contact them. I sent one back saying that they are most certainly affiliated with Londons, because they are listed as one of their "Licensees" on CWC's website.

Thanks for the repsonse.....

It seems they cant get on the bonus , it still seems strange that they would just close your account without any explanation just for this reason I will never risk my money there .. so when I win I will get locked out as well ?

CWC Gaming denying their affiliation with the casino is strange ... to say the least , keep pushing they need to provide you with some sort of answers (excuses) ..

Though I have no idea why they're doing this, your "several withdrawal requests" statement made me pause. It might be that a lot of withdrawal requests pops up a red flag for them.

Again, I don't know, but I'd agree with holding them to give you a reason for their "investigation".
