Live play on twitch

Well that was a exciting evening as can be seen in winner videos thread.;)

Thanks to everyone who came out for some good times when the hits were coming in, During the week is tight but we will be back to continue on ClubWorld if I have enough time tomorrow or Tuesday Morning.

As some can see having the nightbot and moobot causes issues for the regulars but wanted to try and get it set up before I opened it up to the blackjack section of twitch. I just don't have the time to deal with all that craziness in the chat with that many people and I am worried about getting too big for security reasons so that's why I am not doing the stream where it will get thousands of people, I might give it a test run and thanks to those that want to see the channel grow but honestly no need for the pressure for me to do so.:)

Just a update.......

- Got the computer speakers today, How they will sound on the stream I am not sure and will see what volume to set it on when I stream next.

- Am waiting for something to be set up for regulars/followers/viewers.;)

- Will most likely do another Club World Casino looking like High Noon. May be on tomorrow or Friday for a short session if so it will most likely keep it small, If I wait or play on Saturday I may open the flood gates to the blackjack crowd.

Seems like forever since you last streamed :D lots of luck for the next one

Amusing Twitch story doing the rounds at the moment in which Casey “bigdogpckt5s” Jarzabek allegedly made a mistake and left his screen up whilst viewing some risqué footage that was not about poker! Twitch has apparently banned him.

Ya read about it 2 days ago, It looks like as of last night twitch has allowed him back.

Don't plan on being on till Saturday but as always I could be on for the short sessions before then as I got my High noon withdrawal today.

I was playing a lil more RTG on the side and did not think it would be interesting to watch as I was just playing a few machines that I like mostly.

Hope everyone had a good weekend!:)

So to clear some things up for those ignorant.....

If anyone has a problem with me being 100% open and honest about everything and has a problem with anything I do or say I suggest you don't watch or follow my channel or this thread.

I am NOT profiting off anyone or anyone losing. I have not made a dime and actually lost money if you include my time spent trying to get stuff set up for regular viewers and trying to thank peeps for watching. It has been stated by me live and is included on my channel page as to what the links are there for.

I am sure no one was involved in the pm's except me and casino reps regarding what is on my channel page. If you believe something else then that's your problem and take the bullshit elsewhere.

Other then that if no other issues come up I will see everyone else Saturday and still looking to be guts. I will fill you in about the live casino trip and what I am thinking of doing for streams in the future and the usual off topic chat. :)

44 new followers today alone!

See everyone tomorrow!

Do you think thats attributed to the false mislabeling on Twitch of playing Blackjack when you're really only playing slots? Blackjack seems to have a huge following lately on Twitch as people love the entertainment factor of the bigger streamers like Sodapoppin when they play the live dealer blackjack. So when people are searching the tag "Blackjack" on Twitch they see your stream live they are more likely to pop in than if it said you were playing slots is my guess.

I am not mislabeling anything, the title states it's slot play, I state it's mostly slot play, These others that you say do the same thing. Also 43 of the 44 new followers today were slot players. The only one "mislabeling" is you of me and I have reported your post and I want it deleted.

I was told by others to put it under blackjack section, If you read this thread I very hesitant about even putting blackjack so kindly go away. I don't even do every stream under blackjack section so find out the facts before you run your mouth.

You don't like it don't watch, seriously this is ridiculous.

If it's a problem for people showing happiness and enthusiasm for something I won't post here anymore and I won't stream anymore. Part of this was to bring new members to this forum but people have a problem with that as well I guess.

Sad part is I was on here to post I made a decision and am most likely going back to old schedule for streaming so if I do stream during the week the u.k. folk can see a lil more of the stream.

I don't see a problem with broadcasting slots in the blackjack section. I did it the other day and got lots of positive reactions - lots of people checking in and asking questions about slot-related things. Nobody, and I mean nobody, uses the casino/slots sections on Twitch, and all types of casino gambling more or less overlap when it comes to interest, so I fail to see the problem unless Twitch has issues with it.

Love your stream, please don't stop broadcasting over something like this. :)

Geoff mate I don't know what happens behind the scenes so wont comment.

But as for your streams. If a few people don't like your streams for whatever reason then that's their problem not yours.

You regularly show your streams and from what ive saw they are good and theres a lot of members on here that regularly view them and enjoy it.

You enjoy showing your slots play live and many enjoy watching it and chatting to you , and as you are doing nothing wrong I would just ignore the few that seem to have a problem with it for whatever reason as I know you received some pms about it.

As long as you enjoy it and your followers do then does it really matter what a small minority think. Life shows us that no matter what we do there is always a few that go out of their way to complain and try to ruin things.

Just enjoy what you do and may the slots be lucky for you:thumbsup:

I enjoyed the stream and the chat as always:) Slotmasters streams are always entertaining and chat is well behaved. Last night got a bit more lively because of the placement in the blackjack section. I think it added to the experience.

I really have no idea why high rollers like Sodapoppin or whatever his name is are so popular as I find them to be crass and offensive (rude comments made about dealers, offensive language etc.) There is none of that at Slotmasters streams and I for one am happy with that so Slotmaster keep streaming:)

It's turned into a bit of a monster really - especially now questions are being asked if he has a gambling problem. After all the "easy money" rhetoric, he torched $20k in an hour this week. The scary thing is his audience is very impressionable, and I dread to think how many of them have bust out assuming they too could win "easy money"...

For gambling broadcasts to work on twitch they have to promote responsible gaming - poker does it fairly well, blackjack certainly doesn't and I'm glad slotmaster keeps it down to earth and ignores all the "big bets" nonsense (again, sparked by soda )

I can understand why people would object to it being shown in the blackjack category, but so many streams are listed with the wrong game tag that it's only ever a guide at best.

Ignore the twitch trolls and keep up the good work!

Thank you very much sir! I realized after posting that it was still more positive then negative overall but to wake up to deal with work bs and then come here for that as you can see is not nice.

I was thinking that this morning regarding how responsible Slotmaster is in his betting. If a newbie were to come across his broadcasts on Twitch they would learn some useful tools regarding bankroll management. I like the way he varies his bets according to the way the slots are playing and never does crazy bets. He also knows where the cashout button is.:D I think he represents the vast majority of gamblers out there and most slot lovers would enjoy his broadcasts. The ones that yell for bigger bets are just looking to watch a train wreck. So Slotmaster is keeping it real:thumbsup:

Thanks Paul and osulle and jory.

I will not go on about it but 1 final thing bowling bob's post was really bad timing as I was going to table games yesterday when I got back up as I have behind the scenes looked at table games and have been toying around with that idea which was part of what I was saying in a previous stream but everyone wanted slots, lol.

Also as Jasonuk pointed out it's only a section on twitch and does not really mean anything and if I could not put slots in the title or whatever I would not be under the blackjack section at all.

Anyway since I am here I will be live shortly.

What time you going live mate? Gunna give it a watch.

i try to check in from time to time, its nice to see the channel growing and a few others playing slots on twitch too, its saving me a fortune :o

Enjoyed the stream dude, Im mruk by the way, nice $300 line hit with the t-rex

Cheers

Thank you guys! Hope to see you both next stream! It has been a crazy last 2 weeks that's for sure. Thanks to the 1 viewer today that pointed out their is a casino section and fell a lil better listed under that now.

So will see what tomorrow brings but going with guts so far for the usual stream.

I am toying around with a "head to head" streams where I play 2 slots with smaller deposits and people vote which slot they think will win more. Like the 1st one will be immortal romance vs thunderstruck 2 and anyone who voted for the winning slots 1 person will win a prize.

I will try and be on between 11:30 am est and noon est tomorrow if nothing comes up.:)

Next planned one is Saturday, I am not sure where I am going to play yet. I want to get the withdrawals sorted and see where I am at kinda thing.

Did not stream yesterday as was watching t.v. at the same time as playing so that would not have been much of a stream, lol.

Saturday July 18 there will be no stream as going to a family gathering.

Hope you all had a good rest of the weekend. :)

Any microstakes poker railbirds here? Was thinking about streaming my poker antics (tournaments) on twitch, as well :)

Only way I'd do it (of course) is if I'm able to either cover my hole cards, or if I can have a delay in the video broadcast...

Actually yes, That's what I play (or did, Have not played in awhile) and was thinking of bringing my poker content to this channel, Now that I know winbig is a poker player!;)

What's your twitch link?

I'm at
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Working on setting things up and getting the kinks worked out now....;) Will be up in awhile, if all goes well. Will be 2 tabling $1 MTTSNG's...

the "delay" setting in OBS...that's for the video delay, correct? It's adjacent to the "Auto-reconnect timeout" box, so I wasn't sure if it is talking about a reconnect delay, or video delay....I think 5 minutes should suffice.

I have recently started to watch Twitch due to Slotmasters channel. In my opinion as a follower 5 minutes delay is a bit too long. The whole point of Twitch I think is for you and your audience to connect via chat and and other methods. If you are 5 minutes ahead then any chat input from your viewers will be kinda pointless. I don't know anything about poker at all but I think a minute would be better. Otherwise you will be looking at chat comments relating to a move you made 5 minutes or before and not knowing what we are on about. Does this make sense???

It does, but some poker hands can take up to 5 minutes to complete, and I don't want to run the risk of someone playing against me seeing my cards via twitch.....I can't believe that they wouldn't have the chat run in tune with the video stream....should be totally synced, even with a delay..it would be simple to implement on Twitch's end of things.

Is there a way to overlay a static image on the screen in order to cover specific regions? This way, I could mask my cards and broadcast with no delay.
