Did 3dice go to email contact only? I have been trying to get a hold of them for an hour now?!

Maybe the Costa Rican "no-answer unless we want to" have finally caught up with them?!

No man, they still have live chat. I just talked to them earlier on there..

Yea Swede, I've also had the same problem before there too but it must just be a bathroom break or lunch break maybe. Think they actually told me that one time

Nah, not really, I've made my deposit(loo-wise) but still can't get a hold of a CSR right now.....

Guess I'm just unlucky, we'll see....

Swede, try going to chat and contacting CS that way. He had a problem earlier with being booted by the server, but he was there a little while ago...he thinks it's back up and working.

Live support chat was offline for a short while earlier today - its back on now and the built-in chat, phone and emails have continued uninterrupted. (When you have the software started - the built-in chat is probably the fastest way to get support). Let me know should you sitll have problems !

I went to their live chat section a few days ago, and there was nobody at the other end. So i entered the main chat and pm'd one of the reps. Got help immediatly, no problems there.
