Light Casino - My personal Experience

I have patience. I didn't post this to beg for a speedy withdrawal.

The point is, anyone who wins over 500 euros and wants to withdraw over that limit, will be gone. You're pretty much turning them away. In the long run everyone most likely loses, you're turning the short time winners away. They'll be gone in two days if they lack discipline and play it all away while waiting for that absurd time, or if they have discipline they'll go away after waiting for a week or two or three or four for a simple withdrawal.

I think you should reconsider this policy. It's very shortsighted. You're effectively turning away any players who withdraw anything. Those players would probably deposit again and in the long run, turn a profit for your casino. You don't have to go very far to find around 500 casinos with better functionality when it comes to withdrawing money. What do you think anyone going through weeks for a withdrawal will do, redeposit in the future? Or go somewhere where it takes a day or two?

A policy like this only makes players angry, or question the liquidity. I don't know which is worse.

Yes, it is stated that we withdraw within 3 business days, however, our Finance team is trying to withdraw funds as soon as it is possible. Wow wow, horrendous withdrawal limit and processing time. Very easy to deposits thousands (of course)... if you are lucky enough to win and want to withdraw you are stuck with €500 a day with 3 working days processing time excl. weekends.

How do you defend this hilarious withdrawal limits and processing time @7StarsPartners ?

You are offering table games where you can bet €10.000 a hand, @7StarsPartners - I do not see that as "fair play". Do you?

3 business day waiting period (can actually be more): not more or less the same as european casinos

Coincidentally, it's not also very surprising that the self control tools are lacking. No loss limit, no wager limit, and it seems like you can self exclude yourself for one (1) day. Not very accidental when you have a minimum of 3 days to wait (most likely over a week). All that time, oddly enough a reversal isn't behind three days.

I'm not bitter as like I said I do have patience and I got my money. It was pretty irritating to wait for it though, especially since you're here and actually have the balls to justify this bull shit of a system you keep. Shame on you.
 
I play at alot of European casinos directed to the Scandinavian market and none of them have a limit on cashout, not daily, weekly or monthly. And withdrawals usually land on my bank account within a day after i place it.
 
I cannot recommend this Casino since they do not react on messages (complaints) from public authorities.
