I thought I'd post my experience with Liberty Slots, for what it's worth. After reading some respected posters positive feedback, I downloaded the casino to play. I also had trouble downloading, and I almost gave up, but after about the 5th or 6th attempt, the casino downloaded. I played over a period of around a week or so, depositing somewhere between $500-$1000. Never won anything on any slots. I am a very experienced player, and the payouts just weren't there. When I decided to go back to my 'ol reliable Slotastic, I thought I'd cash in any comps I'd earned at Liberty Slots for one last try. I navigated throughout the software, noticed the explanation of how comps were earned, but for the life of me, could not find where they were located in the software.
So, I got on the chat, and asked CS how I go about seeing how many comp points I had, and how I go about cashing them in. The CS rep said, please wait and let me research.....waiting......waiting.....waiting....Me: Still there CS? CS: Yes, still researching, please hold......waiting....waiting.....waiting....after about 7 or 8 minutes, the CS rep comes back to tell me that that part of their software was not yet installed. ??? So, I said, well what about the comp points that are explained in casino info? And CS said, well your comp points have automatically been credited to your account between 3-5am each night. And I said, well, I've never logged in and noticed a balance higher than the few cents I ended my last session with. And CS said, well for example, we credited you with .58 cents last night. Hmmmm....Considering my daily deposits are at least $50-$100, that seems quite low.
Anyway, it's food for thought. First, that the games were so tight. Second, that the comp points section of the hardware wasn't even installed yet (or that's what was claimed). Third, that the CS rep didn't even know this and had to spend a long time "researching" the issue. I won't be back unless it's accrediated by CM and I hear raves. FYI
