Question Liberty Reserve Casino's

Hi there,

I've been looking for online casino's that offer low minimum bets on roulette and I stumbled across "Liberty Reserve Casino's" which offer bets as low as $0.01.

My question is does anybody have any info on this particular casino or group of casino's as there appears to be more than one "Liberty Reserve Casino" ie are they reputable etc etc and do they allow Kiwis (New Zealanders) to play?

Woops, forgot to add, appart from Bet-Voyage, Liberty Reserve and Virgin, are there any other Casinos that offer $0.05 or less as minimum bets on roulette playing dozen and column bets?
