Signed up and their slots played terrible. Lost £500 in no time at all and asked for any kind of free chip or something. They were not interested so I guess they must be like well rich if they can turn their nose up at the kind of loss. Closed account, never playing there again. That's my experience of them, yes the slots played bad and it seems like a moan but if they had acknowledged that and thrown me a bone I might have been like aye ok I'll try again some other time and maybe my luck will change and they could have retained my as a customer. I'm noticing more and more casinos are just not interested in retaining anyone, not the first time I've had experiences like this and casinos just do not even attempt to keep their customers.

Yeah i have to agree one one thing, leo vegas rarely does any freechips , sometimes they do offer deposit bonuses, but rarely you can get anything outside of their campaigns. However if bonuses are not your thing, then leovegas is a top notch casino.

The main issue that a lot of players have had with Leo Vegas is that up to a few months ago they were extremely generous with their deposit bonuses.Rarely a week went by when i was not receiving an offer of 50%-100%.Then overnight these offers dried and all i get now is the occasional ''deposit and get freespins promos''.However they are a solid casino and payout very quickly.
