When I click on "Terms and Conditions" I get a page that says "This Page Cannot Be Displayed".

A couple of red flags at the get-go:

(1) If the CS is poor in English, that may be a precursor to communication problems in the future. Given the current climate of payout times, bonus disputes, et al, having someone UNDERSTAND you should be a given.

(2) The casino is powered by Oyster Gaming (nee Elka Systems). There's a column at Casinomeister detailing their "shadiness" in the past. They MAY have cleaned up since then (the article was written in 2002 and updated last July), but... caveat emptor. Here's the link, by the way..

The report was May 7, 2002.
I'm gonna phone them again and see what happens before the promo runs out.
 
Take great care, Lanidar. I can recall bad reports on this one and its now dead sister Mad Bonus. And it is understood that the Avesta Viadem (Russian) software that originally powered it morphed into Oyster.
