I’ve become a bit obsessed with trustpilot reviews and decided I’d leave a nice one for L&L (ABC) but anyway they’re really good at answering people and tbh it’s had me in stitches as they’re so brutally honest, whoever Ebba is their responses are hilarious. Here’s two that just made me LOL

Yeah I started picking up to answer these reviews as they went bezerk. Lots of fake ones too. But it got busy so I hired a girl who can write more creatively as I can but who can be as direct as I am. However, if it's a genuine 1 star review our tone of voice is totally different and we do aim to sort that matter.
The others, yeah they don't. They get confronted with the truth
For sure we have one of the most unique trustpilot pages.

Your responses are brilliant, I love the respectful kind regards at the end of both, I don’t know why but mine is currently rejected by the integrity team at trust pilot otherwise it would be posted by now! They’ve done it to 2 and I had to send them proof which was an email from ABC showing a deposit on the date I’d selected so it matches my review.
Thankfully, you won’t have to respond to a grrr post but I don’t know how you put up with some of the comments and I went and looked at some peoples comments that are indeed the same to other casinos.
It’s just refreshing to see a casino not putting up with it to be honest but also bothering to respond regardless of the content. I’d be sacked by now as my justice sensitivity (ADHD thing I think) altho I’m autistic too so I do fall down rabbit holes a lot, would kick right in..

The one thing I did say is I can never find what my remaining balance is for the month as per my set limit to deposit so I do go to customer service chat to ask, it may well be me not looking in the right place tbh. Correct me if it’s there please
I can remove it if trust pilot decide I’m not some random iffy crank and let me post it. 
That integrity team is a joke. We requested for a copy cat to be removed. They said: No its an actual webpage with reviews on trustpilot and they are genuine. SUre, the only casino page with 5 star score. All genuine, yeah sure.
FYI: The site is UK focussed and offering non gamstop casinos.
We reached out to the hosting company, which is the same as we have, they will probably help but wont solve the problem in the long run.
Those not on gamstop ads are everywhere on Facebook, always with big bass and I’m shocked at how many, I’m not on gamstop obviously but have seen the logo on UK sites so know what it is. I honestly didn’t have any problems with reviews not that I did many until post the Duelz one, so that’s really odd! If they won’t even take your word as an operator they will likely blank me and if they do then their request to be reviewed will be fulfilled

Well the other has just been approved and was rejected just before yours so hopefully it will be approved soon . They’ve STILL refused yours so I’m challenging them cause I can’t help myself.
The evidence is there so if they’ve accepted the other they should let yours go through, I only had one thing I find confusing on your site but that wouldn’t make me drop stars. I do wonder about trust pilot, maybe everyone should be verified tbh I just don’t like their process and don’t like sharing personal info with places like that and hate selfies unless with my friends obvs
I don’t like staring at cameras so I always look up or away
