Hello form Australia, I have been trying to post a complaint but this site so far wont let me, its very confusing has something changed here, in favour of the online casino or what?

what's this Newbie tag all about, as this is not my first rodeo by a long shot.

I thought this web site was about helping people having dramas with online casinos etc?

I have asked many questions, through the staff member's, with zero response?

Are they all just affiliates working for the casino now?

As I have read lots of posts about going on trips with casinos and see behind the scenes etc.


Please Help??

If by staff, you mean casino staff if you arent receiving a response (allowing casino staff have lives and other duties), pm a mod.

You need to realize one thing... Don't expect instant responses. This is not "Live Chat" like you think it is. You will encounter waiting and it all depends on how often people log on to the account. Any Reps that are on here need to log on at least once a week as per accreditation standards. Most reps login at least once a day.

Just be patient. You seem to have none of it.

The only thing that is weird is you being impatient and blaming it on other things. Like I said before, there is no "Instant Response" time for Any staff members on here. It could be within an hour to maybe over a day. It all depends on the person.

I don't understand what is fully going on either, but I do know if you made an account here and didn't "verify" it through the email that is sent to you upon making an account on the site, you will be unable to file a PAB.

@Barnett77 please reread the forum rules and quit acting like a jerk.

For one thing, you PMd me several times in a row at around 430 in the morning accusing me of not letting you post. Your account was dormant, and I reopened it setting your account newbie. Because that's what you are - a newbie and your first three posts go to the moderators' queue.
