yes they are falling in line with other casinos vinyl but these are vip players, and they are getting treated now as a normal player with a x30 bonus wr. i know 32 red vip players are x30 BUT all games count towards wr. this is obviously a huge step in the wrong direction for vip players. if they upped it too x10 bonus wr thats not too bad. if you look on the promotion website all promos this month are basically x30. another thing i just dont understand here is the x20 wr for neteller and moneybookers deposits, this is a insane rule just because it cost them a bit more to send money to these players when they withdraw. so basically ladbrokes are saying thier is no vip programme now. you might get bigger bonuses but you have to wager the same as everyone else. this is a bad move imho.
I do, it's bullshit, and is why I uninstalled the casino nearly 5 years ago. For a tiny, tiny, minority of players who used Ladbrokes as a cheap money transfer system, or even used them to "churn" large sums whenever Neteller ran a cashback promo, they have kept this term long after the underlying problems were addressed. Neteller have stopped running the type of promotion that resulted in the churning of funds, and they could address other abuses by insisting, as many others, that withdrawals go back to the means of deposit, rather than Neteller.
Ladbrokes are going to lose out though, since card companies are starting to discourage the use of credit cards for online gambling by imposing punitive fees, so this will restrict players to using only debit cards to avoid bank fees, and many debit cards restrict such transactions, or even block them altogether. It might not worry the low rollers who ONLY deposit for the bonuses, but WILL restrict the ability of high rollers who might otherwise deposit much more. Oddly, the rule works in favour of the "bonus abusers" who would not have much trouble switching to a debit card, but it WILL affect those who play at VIP level, which means depositing £7000 per month or more. This could be a problem with a debit card, and may trigger the banks to repeatedly block the card for a fraud check. It may be just as bad with credit cards, but on top of this many are imposing fees up to 3% on each transaction, and/or interest from day 1, not the statement date.
eWallets are designed to allow high rollers to play at their level, but not only do Ladbrokes exclude them from most bonuses, they impose a blanket 20x WR on all DEPOSITS from such methods, and this seems to be regardless of whether or not a bonus is involved, even if they don't rigidly enforce it.
The fact that they have now made all players WR a standard 30x suggests that banning eWallet users from bonuses didn't work. They either uninstalled, or switched to cards and carried on "abusing the offers" as before.
Frankly, a 100% match to £75 is pretty poor for a VIP. I got 100% up to £450 yesterday at GNUF with the standard 30x WR and game weights for non slot games. There are 3-4 of these every month, along with many at a lower percentage.
Why the hell would I reinstall Ladbrokes even without this latest change
