Hello forum, two weeks ago I was playing in the casino and won it 11 500 euros. After that, I immediately sent the required documents, but to my great surprise, they check them more then 2 weeks. In all my email correspond to the same type of response that i need to wait

I just phoned them 5 times, but they meant nothing to me, and sometimes discarded. Then they promised to call, but this did not happen. The last hope is your forum.

Try sending in a PAB,though I have to say Ladbrokes usually pay me in a timely manner - normally within 6 hours where E wallets are concerned.

I can't help but feel you aren't telling us the whole story.

Please issue a ban, this user for libel.

I cannot see any libel in this if he can show proof. Meanwhile, you could be banned yourself if you committed something against forum rules.

In the past few months a couple of Russian players had committed fraud and tried to coerce the casinos to pay through this forum. Nothing discriminatory but those players gave themselves a bad name.

Showing it to be true is a defence against a charge of libel. If this accusation cannot be proven, then you would have a valid claim for libel, and could ask that action be taken here.

It may be that Ladbrokes think you are a possible fraud, and if "carding" it would have nothing to do with documents, but the deposit coming from a stolen or cloned card. The delay could be to obtain confirmation via the bank that the cardholder made this deposit, perhaps via the bank contacting them. Without this confirmation, the process will stall.

You could speed things up by taking the initiative and contacting your card issuer to confirm you made this "suspicious" deposit, so that the bank can then inform the processor it is genuine.

I mean if he did not present evidence, he argues that they are, but this can not be

Why when someone applies for aid once you start to say that he is cheater? I sent all the documents, scans a credit card and bank statement. But I just ignore

How do we know this is true though we are willing to give you the benefit of the doubt. MaxD has invited him to provide evidence so let's wait and see. A word of advice 'Fraudsters are usually the ones to call foul when no evidence on either party are presented. You just need to be patient and let Max or Bryan to sort this out. The fact that there have been a couple of fraudsters/morons originating from Russia causing havoc in this forum before you appeared makes members here to be wary. Blame it on them and keep calm.

Decided to watch the Youtube clip, can see nothing wrong with his play. Starts with 1k. He first attempts some Roulette, does 3 spins, nearly busts, but wins last spin and leaves. Balance 1.5k. Plays some Live Baccarat, again only a few plays, again nearly busts, gets lucky a few times, leaves. Balance 3.5k. Does 2 spins on Mega Moolah @ 6.25 and leaves. Balance unchanged. Opens 'Age of Discovery' slot and sets Autoplay. 250 coins @ 50p coin size - lol - £125 PER SPIN!! 2nd spin in and he gets uber-lucky, hits bonus round and manages to win 16000 coins, so 8k. Balance 11.5k. Video ends. So if all documents are legit/not a 'carder'/deposit was made by him, then the win is legit. Just very lucky to hit a bonus after just 2 spins @ £125, and hitting the bonus for £8,000. Wish I could do that!

IMO only someone playing with money that wasn't theirs would bet this way.

Firstly I am not Russian, I am Ukrainian)
secondly, I like very much to risk, so I was drunk, and sometimes I won money like this, but at other casinos cash out without a problem,But this casino decided to confiscate, maybe I'm wrong but I think now is not the case

Once they say they are confiscating this payout, you can complain to their regulators, and ask any mediation service they work with to help. I believe Ladbrokes no longer work with the PAB service here, so the best Max can do is make them aware of your issues.

In the case of suspected use of stolen funds, the style of play is not that relevant, nor are the validity of your documents.

What Ladbrokes might be looking into are discrepancies between the information on your deposit method account and your registration and documents. If there are any, they will suspect that you have violated the term that requires players to use their own money via their own deposit method accounts. There can be innocent explanations for some discrepancies, and if this is the case here, a complaint to their regulator would be the next step.

And so went the next day as I was fooled by the casino, they promised to call yesterday, but lied .. Does anyone can help? I shall not be in debt ..

What exactly do they tell you when you call them asking for your cashout?

My guess is they are just waiting for reply from your card issuing bank... of course they want to be sure it's not a case of fraud.

What do they say in phone and live chat to you?

On the 13.07.2012 I won 11588EUR in the Ladbrokes.com casino. I decided to cash it out next morning and went asleep. When I woke up I have found my account frozen and an e-mail which is saying that I shall send my documents for verification purposes. I have sent all the required documents right away while looking forward to a quick conclusion but there was no such luck.
In two days I’ve received one more e-mail saying that I need to send a copy of my credit card which was used for deposit and sent it as well.
Then I have contacted them every day during a week and every time they answered with the same, absolutely identical and standard copy-paste message aka “We are terribly sorry for the delay, but it’s our standard verification routine…etc.”, and the e-mails I’ve sent every time were different, with various questions which never been answered until now.
I have also created a topic at casinomeister.com and share with them the link, so they applied: “We are sorry you have chosen this way of solution, however we can understand you, and it is your right”.
After that they just started to ignore me.
So I decided to call them. I found their 24/7 support number, at the first application they answered: “we are busy right now and have no time for you, to solve your problems, please, call again”.
The next day I called again, this time they’ve listened to it all, I told them everything that happened they asked me for my phone number and said they gonna figure it out and call back. However, no one called back that day or any other day.
So I called for the third time, they only said again “we are terrible busy right now, we have no time for you, go fuck yourself”.
I send one more e-mail about that issue, that no one called me back as promised, and, Oh miracle, I receive an e-mail in Russian language, which is asking for my phone number (which they must have in my profile since I left it while registering and have gave to the customer service while phone conversation), so they said that Russian support representative will contact me.
So I gave them my phone number again looking forward, but during two days no one has called.
Then I wrote them again and they ignored me again. Wrote them again, and received bad encoded e-mail full of ???????? instead of the normal text.
I continued writing them, and received one more e-mail: ”Unfortunately, your name and surname in your passport don’t match your name and surname written on your credit card”, please, give us a proof of your name spelling.
WTF? The name in the passport written in Russian letters and on the credit card English letters!
What kind of verification shall I send??? They will not tell me that, but rather ignore my e-mails.
What should I do about all that issue?

:lolup::lolup::lolup:

Totally hear you mate! Well played.

I hit Spin Palace for around £8000 under very similar circumstances a while back. £50 spins always seem like a good idea at the time

Can't remember how much I've no doubt lost with the same amount of liquid but not as much luck. :D

Like I said on another thread somewhere, Ladbrokes are VERY above board (in this regard at least :)) - and that's not even a lot of money by their standards.

If you've done nothing naughty - you'll definitely get paid.
