Ladyboys and Coral/Gala have merged it was announced today to become 'Ladbroke-Coral'.

The idea is to concentrate on online trading where they have fallen behind other big bookmaker sites.

What the hell is going on I believe gala belong to coral ? As it comes I had about 6 emails from gala today and about the same yesterday about bonus, I wonder why

Oh well if things change at coral and start going the way Ladbrokes did then William hill all the way lol.

Lets hope they keep things separate the way they are now.

My immediate thought was "What the hell do Gala think they're doing"?

Gala Casino has always been good to me, fair, and accomodating even when I've had a dismal session.... lots of complimentary bonuses with 1X or no wagering needed. Corals? Well, never really played there much so can't proffer a fair, balanced opinion to be honest.
But as for Ladbrokes, their site is a MESS. Want to deposit at Ladbrokes? Good luck with that one, the deposit page will only list one card. Enter another? Sure - do that. Chances are you'll be greeted with a message saying that "this card is already registered". Can you be bothered contacting the CS Droids to rectify it? Nah, me neither. There's no reason why a site can't maintain a list of all your cards ever used without messing around like that - that's why I said "Bye bye" to Ladbrokes years ago.

I can only hope that the new combined entity uses the Gala software rather than the Ladbrokes broken model.

Sympathies go out to all the staff, particularly those in the bricks n' mortar betting shops, who are going to lose their jobs due to this misconceived and erroneous merger.
