@L&L-Jan

Hi Jan,

I hope all is well.

My withdrawal requested yesterday from All British is still pending. Is this normal for the withdrawal to be sat pending for over 24 hours?

I also think this is a little confusing and could be worded better:

View attachment 120725

Pending Withdrawal - click 'cancel to proceed doesnt sound correct.

Edit: Hope you see the New Year in with a bang and best wishes for 2020.
Will be processed around now or about half 10 mate and if you have a Visa and are with Halifax or Barclays card it will go in this afternoon same day hope this helps

Ive had a few go in fairly quickly. Normally dont pend for 24 hours i dont think but not too worried. I just dont see the faster withdrawals coming through that are mentioned and thought the wording of the notification could be better.

In any case, Happy New Year and thanks Luckyscouser, are you a Liverpool fan, if so, you are certainly lucky, may it continue :)

I had one pend a few weeks back longer than average so sometimes can happen on the odd occasion :) as you said not to worry as they are reliable defo also needs to be worded better as when I first joined l&l I clicked the proceed as I thought that would take me back to the home page. and I am a lfc fan keep pinching myself :) x

Im from a family of Pompey fans but my Dad was a secret Liverpool fan. What a run and long may it continue. Hes one hell of a manager.

Up the Pompey and all that jazz haha!! Klopp is a legend and has been given proper time to build this squad. he inherited trash haha :) I think other clubs need to use the same business model instead of getting rid of there managers after a few losses. And it is defo our time now what a time to be a lfc fan :)

Cashback page at Hyper and Yeti also. Has been like that for a week or so for me. Did bring it to Jans attention earlier in the thread but i guess he missed it.

Edit: Not Yeti, meant Yako but you've already mentioned that :)
I have had my cashback disappear from All British. I thought it was on all deposits regardless of withdrawals but chat have just told me its only on lost deposits.

Have i just been in the dark as to how this works? I thought cashback was on all deposits, can anybody confirm?
If I get a withdrawl I always cash my cashback in before I withdraw gives you a little bit of play time without dipping into your withdrawl

Thats a good idea but i didnt think you could claim it if your balance was over £10? I suppose i should do what i always advise others and read the terms!

I have always been a good talker but hardly a walker.

I gotta be honest. Since i realised its not on all deposits i fail to see any reward for loyalty. Not complaining, just feedback.

If the house edge is 4-5% then any casino offering 10% back on every deposit wouldn't last very long :(
On losses, which is what this effectively is, is possible, and more than a lot of casinos offer, considering its cash.

I understand it will eat into their profits but i compare any loyalty reward to the best i get at the moment. VS manage to give a few £500 each day and at a guess about 5000 free spins a day plus the jackpot wheels plus the sitngo's plus the weekly battles (i wont mention the clash but sure there are winners of spins, i have been once or twice).

Do you know of any casinos giving something comparable?

Jan, your game tournMneys are a great offer and look fun with the fire enemy challenges at the different brands.
How about a low roller alternative as an incentive for us poor people (20p/40p/50p stake would be manageable)?
Surely it would encourage more play and offer a reason to deposit funds at your places rather than els where.
Unibet for example usually have minimum bet of 20p

Guys, just a heads up, @L&L-Jan has been delayed returning to Malta due to flight complications.

He should be back shortly and when he is I am sure he will post the leaderboards as soon as he can!

Apologies for the wait, and Happy New Year to everyone!

FYI - Cashback is only available at All British, CasinoCasino and No Bonus.

you may want to remove the Cashback link at Yako then. I’m sure I’ve claimed it there before :)

I believe the cashback link may be there for ad hoc promotions, like during xmas!

You get £500 a day and 5000 spins a day from Videoslots? How much do you deposit?

Ok, so a bad explanation but you mentioned giving 10% cashback on everything would run a casino into the ground.

I am saying VS give away the aforementioned amounts constantly and i was airing on the side of caution but they are not run into the ground.

In the absence of something unique you will always be a run of the mill casino. Yes VS have reduced RTP but i would bet that they give away much, much more than any other casino based on my experience and little knowledge i have. Hence, why i asked do you know of any casino rewards that are comparable?

Ah right, I thought that was high :D

But you are saying Videoslots rewards are high based on what they give to everyone as a whole. Thats only relevant if you know what percentage of their profit it is and can compare it to others. I had weeks where I lost £1000+ at VS's and my rewards were a couple of 5 x 10p spins for placing in the battles and around £10-15 cashback. If I lost £1000 at ABC, I would get £100 cashback. I can assure you my rewards at Videoslots were never that much.

Even just looking at the overall picture, you say a few £500's a day and 5000 spins, but the cashback ABC payout could be much higher than that as obviously we have no idea what deposits they take from people daily.

I believe Coral usually have around 200000 people as VIP's. they get 5 x free 20p spins every Friday, so Coral give out a million plus spins weekly. Thats more than VS's do, but I wouldn't say Coral's loyalty rewards are better than Videoslots :)

Videoslots rewards are high based on what they give to everyone as a whole.

What i was trying to say was they reward me like no other i have found for loyalty - Not talking about how much profit or how much they can afford to give. Just comparing to other casinos - If i deposit the same amounts, would i get similar rewards? I guess i am always thinking 'whats in it for me?'.

If I lost £1000 at ABC, I would get £100 cashback.

That is a more than a fair point and one to consider in the grand scheme of things for me. I have not looked at my total losses and figured how much i would have had, something i am going to do soon, thanks :)

30-70 from everything else, per month

Its the everything else im talking about. Not the cashback, the reward for loyalty. Maybe i am lucky that i dont have to deposit silly amounts for the opportunity.

For Ryan, Jan and L&L please dont see this as an attack. I am outspoken and the one thing that does make you unique in my book is the Casinomeister comps and involvement. The cashback is a decent offer.

I would and do recommend your casinos without hesitation. Looking forward to seeing the group grow and excited for 2020.

@colinsunderland and @nikantw

An afterthought....ive never actually worked out the financial benefit for myself from the rewards. I monitor my deposits and withdrawals and thats basically it.

I am going to monitor the value over the next few months. I guess i get carried away with all the daily spinning they have to offer. Though its worth considering also - more spins, more opportunity.

You have given some perspective and im glad we had the chat, thank you.

I always think loyalty is very subjective to your own personal play style, what works for one doesn't for another. My play style has changed over the past couple of years, but a couple of years back I was playing £1-£5 spins, depositing £200+ every time, sometimes (although not often) £2000 a day, regularly £500+ a day though. VS's rewards were nothing to me, yes I would get £10-15 cashback, maybe £25 on the race, and the odd few 5/10 spins from the battles, but that was pretty much nothing compared to my play style. 10 spins on a 10p game didn't even cover the cost of 1 spin the way I was playing. If anything it used to annoy me as if it was on a game I play, for example at the time it could have been Doa, and I usually play at 90p, then get a wildline on a 9p free spin, I would be extremely pissed off lol.

It can also depend on you winning or losing. I stuck £20 in Coral about 6 months ago, and after a few hours got up to £2200. On that day (was once a week then) they gave 25% extra cash (0x wagering) on any winnings over £100 up to £2000, so I got an extra £500 for being lucky from a £20 deposit. I didn't get that much from Videoslots the last 4 months of playing, and making deposits of around £6k. They would also do 25% on losses up to £2000 at the time too, which I got £100 from a few times, again cash, no wagering.
SkyVegas used to give regular 25% deposit bonuses up to £100 (so deposit 400 get 100 bonus) with 5x wagering bonus only. So in effect they were giving you 25% with 1x D&B wagering. I used to just deposit the £400 and play 250 x £2 spins on Bonanza, it was rare I ended up under the £400 deposit, but regularly withdrew with a profit.

I personally look at loyalty as to the base value though. If a casino gives you 50 x 10p spins, then they have gave you £5. If you happen to win £500 using those spins, they didn't give you £500 they gave you £5 that you won from. I know some people look at it the other way round, but as much as once in a blue moon you might get a withdraw from 10 free spins or something, almost every time you don't.

Thanks for sharing. Thats exactly what i was after - an idea of other peoples quantifiable experience of loyalty at different casinos.

Congrats to all the winners but I don’t see a point of playing this anymore as regular gameplay with your normal amount of lots of spins doesn’t really get you anywhere as the winners always seem to do the least amount of spins. Not being salty btw :)
