Well , I had a surprisingly really great experience (for a Playtech-powered casino) with them recently , so I felt I had to share it.

First , great point versus many of the other non-bookie related Playtechs - reverse withdrawal is only available for a couple hours before they started processing it (the old Cpays casinos now under WH management have a 72 hour pending frame for basic accounts !)

Secondly , a live chat which is really helpful , able to contact the other departments (no "the relevant department will contact you via e-mail" stuff) , and REALLY available 24/24 .

Finally, cashouts processed in 48 hours - good again !

Certainly the best Playtech experience I had in months , will come back soon for sure

That's refreshing. I signed up an account but was told reverse time was 12 hours so closed it back down and signed up with Tote. Good to see a "non-bookie" Playtech doing something positive like this.

I agree with Rikker that 24hr cashouts would be better. That coupled with a 2hr reverse time would really help Klub8 get an edge over many other Playtechs IMO.

I totally agree with Setsuna and so far Klub 8 has made me very impressed. Started an account at Klub 8 because of the positive experiences in this thread, and hoped that I would get the same treatment. Well, they managed to surprise me in a positive way despite my high expectations.
I requested a withdrawal yesterday evening and 12 hours later the money was in my Moneybookers account without any demands for documents. Support was also friendly and helpful when I deposited and wanted to get rid of all future bonuses. So, once again: Kudos to Klub8!!!

Well, I have been paid in full and I would say that it took aproxomatily 12 hours wich is GREAT. This was definately not the last time and I also love the slots, such a nice break from all the MG and RTG ones...
Gladiator was probably my favourite.

Sure they don`t have this 4 days pending thing. BUT, I haven`t been paid under 36hours like the other players here. :-(
And I am still waiting for 2 payments....both over the the mentioned time. Sure, I will get paid, but I expected a faster payout.
