    Hey all,

I was doing an experiment and I thought I would share my results here with you all.
I'm sure some of you are aware of the Xtra Rewards Game Type by Konami, where typically the player pays for 30 lines with an optional 15 credit side bet to enhance the game by some means.

Those games which are tied to the Pirate Jackpot mystery progressives enforce the compulsory bet of 30 lines, but do not enforce the Xtra Rewards side bet.
I would like to clarify that this side bet is NOT REQUIRED to trigger the mystery feature. I triggered the progressive feature on a 30 lines @ 2c wager with the Xtra Reward feature disabled, so now you know. You can use the savings from the side bet to produce additional wagers which qualify at (I'm assuming here) the same weight towards jackpot chances.

In summary 30c is the same as 30c+15c when using the Xtra Rewards games on Pirate Jackpot Konami slots.

    Cheers,
    - Brandon
