I have not posted for a while as I haven’t been gambling.I joined Kinghill Casino as it’s not on Gamban.I have made a few deposits and won a about five thousand on Sat the 26 th of OctoberI didn’t used any bonuses and the biggest was £100.I have done all verification and my withdrawal is not even moved fro the first process of pending.I opted for faster payment.The maximum withdrawal is £1500 a day which is still waiting.I then tried to withdrawal a second 1500 but the faster payment option had been removed and so the only option left to use was bank transfer.I then got it declined to say they don’t support this option.Every day something is cancelled for a non explainable answer.I this my own fault for using this casino,Is it a scam casino.Can anyone help I’m at my wits end with them

I've done a bit a of digging and I believe you are talking about Kinghills. They hold a license in Costa Rica, which is possibly the lowest level of protection you can expect.

The company registered is Bambalela SRL, almost no information on them apart from a load of made up reviews on TrustPilot.

The look and feel of the site is that of a 'casinos not on gamstop' type site. As you mentioned you found them as they weren't on Gamban, is a bad sign.

There is no rep on the forum for this casino.

You may want to submit a PAB, but I can't say I am convinced they will be responsive.

IMHO, you may be better to just keep on them and keep trying to get your money.

Future advice - Don't go playing at casinos without a solid license. You should be looking for MGA as a minimum in my opinion.

Sadly it's a scam site and you won't get your money. Neither deposits back. Don't gamble at non-UKGC licensed sites you see advertised on non-gamstop affiliate pages, run by the same people who run the bent casinos. Give it up, try and get your deposits back if made by credit card.

Whilst this might not be applicable to you as they are doing some switcharoos depending on where you are connecting from it does make it a little bit better than a dodgy casino that only has a costa rica licence.

I'm familiar with the skin/platform although I don't know its name. Manila Marketing (Kahnawake Licence) uses it across at least 4 sites whilst Uno Digital Media (pending GCB licence) uses it across a few more. I have used these sites and they have paid out, usually quite quickly, once verified. Using the same skin/platform doesn't mean they are related in anyway but I thought it was worthwhile mentioning that sites sharing the same platform that this website is built on have been legitimate.

It's not the first time I've seen a costa rica licence shown to a UK ip address whilst a curacao licence is shown to a Canadian one. Definitely a sketchy way of skirting around restrictions whilst trying to keep the main company clean.

They seem pretty dodgy but perhaps there might be a sliver of hope based on the above. With that said the non-astroturfed trustpilot reviews don't fill me with any confidence

EDIT: searching their Curacao company name against the website for certificates brings up Whizzspin and Xtraspin as two other casinos people may want to avoid if this casino is a dodgy as they seem. Interestingly these websites georestrict connections from the UK. Memocasino is another casino under their umbrella.

If one of the licenses was vaguely reputable then that might make sense, but you have an untested Curacao Gaming Board license and a worthless Costa Rica business license.

We have already seen casinos mislead on where they are licensed (including genuine MGA license holders, worryingly), so I fear this will be more of a trick going forward... particularly if the GCB actually does something positive in the next year.

Nice! It's a good thing you didn't use bonuses as they would have had a x10 win cap (Just like all the other sites on this skin/platform). Since they actually paid out I wonder just how related they are to the rest of them. Still very dodgy practices at play nonetheless but is very good they paid you!

Kingshill should stick to making sliced loaves, not operating dodgy casinos.

Please @angelcake, for the love of ***, do not go hunting around for 'casinos not on Gamban' or anything similar and go and spend all that money you managed to get back. You should consider yourself very fortunate that there was a happy ending to this story. Go find a new hobby, I hear darts is very popular these days. Maybe learn to play the guitar...
