Is this site OK?

I withdrew $391 on the 22nd November, and as I have not received it, I sent emails. They respond immediately with a auto email to say someone will contact me in 24 hours. They never do. I have sent docs.
 
Ive never played there..............for what I know thou, there should be no problem.
Soon someone who knows better will give you the proper answer.

I believe they are on the accredited list aswell, so pitch a bitch if they dont respond in that time. Have you tried live support?

I think GAG should have left his position by now. He left for greener pastures. No harm PM'ing him anyway as there might be another rep taking over.

Hello guys

I have been persuaded to stay on for a while longer - well it was a cash incentive and it allows me to continue here - which i will do once i leave as a private member EVENtually .

I will look into this matter as this is obviously not acceptable if it is our fault.

We have recently aquired a new company and along with that we have aquired a lot of support for our Accounts department and are now making cash ins 7 days a week and have support 7 days a week which is great for players .

I see a Pm so i am going to assume that its from you shjcard

Figures i come to the site most days and the days i dont come this crops up

I have this minute received telephone call from KS to apologise. Their bank returned funds for some reason and they asked for my Debit Card details again. They say my funds will be with me in 2/3 days. They also said the email problem was due to pressure of high volume of calls.
 
All ends Well

Well the issue was essentially that we did not have the correct details to refund the player . Our guys have made contact and the issue is now i believe resolved.

If i dont catch you all before Xmas - i would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your families my best wishes for the festive period and i look forward to catching up in the new year . I am off to the jungles of Malaysia so will be back on the 13th of January , if i make it out alive that is ;))
