do you have one of the casinos that i listed there ? if you have , it could shorten the search for the seller of our info

I just cleaned out my spamfolder yesterday, so its empty now, but I'm 100% sure about Winpalace/Slots Jungle/Titan and William Hill (Europa Casino, 21Nova, Joyland)

My Nostradamus intuition tells me that it wont be long before new ones start dropping in, I'll post them as soon as I get them.:)

Looks like he changed his name.
Its now David Vegas and James Miller.

Or maybe its a spamming family?

All made up names, and change every now & then to get past spam filters. The names are designed to look "real" so that filters don't just catch them because the sender is "kjghhhsg dddkkf" or something similar.

Tracing the original seller based on the casinos being spammed is not going to be easy, as there may be no connection at all. What IS being shown is those casinos whose affiliate programs have a "relaxed" attitude to spamming, allowing it to continue unless recipients REALLY kick up a fuss.

A complaint to the casino will probably be brushed aside with "it's not us", and it can be hard to make them investigate the matter until it becomes a public embarrassment for the casino (which can be arranged:D).

A start would be to confirm that it IS definitely spam (easy, use the "unsubscribe", and if it makes no difference, it is spam, rather than something legitimate, like a newsletter you have signed up for).
Next, try to identify the affiliate tag involved.

Lastly, grass up the affiliate (with tag & evidence of spamming), and make this PUBLIC, so that we can SEE whether the program actually MEANS it when they say "spam will not be tolerated" by banning the affiliate responsible.

If they fail to act, this is when the campaign of public embarrassment comes into play, with a thread detailing the activities of the rogue affiliate, and results of attempts to get the spam stopped.

I think it's an incestuous casino group...Kevin Miller, Dave Miller, Dave Vegas, Kevin Vegas (or maybe they multiple personality disorder!)

Since I'm not a member of ANY of these here goes...
Spin Palace
Win Palace
Yes We Can
Sun palace
Crown Europe
Casino Titan (kim yo wo 37!)
Prime Play
SilverOak
SuperSlots
SafeWinsLtd
1Casino

Also getting spammy emails from:
Joe Lord, Brithney, Reinaldo Hermoso, Tai Gyoo Kim, Yuberth Gonzalo Rodrigez, Jeremy Gold, Daniel Stuermer, Britney (Manhattan Slots), Yaehll Vanhecke (email sent to kingclay, bet this person is angry THEY haven't received this wonderful offer yet!)

And that's just from 1 email account since January...

Kevin Miller, Kevin Vegas and David Miller also for me.

Go Casino

Win Palace

I don't know how many more its constant in my email, I was wondering who the heck this person was. I still have a few left in my email.ugggg

Oh yes, I'm getting loads of those 32Vegas mails also, most of them are promoting CoolCat.

I wonder if 32Red are interested in taking them off. They DO have "offices" in the UK, so could theoretically be served with a summons, or even face having their UK subsidiary "wound up". I believe the UK offices are used for behind the scenes money processing, and are used as a conduit between players and Costa Rica, because it is virtually impossible to move money DIRECTLY to & from Costa Rica, as Jstrike found out and told the rest of us when he tried to open his own casino.

at friends the other day and we did a search and whois lookup from the ip that a lot of kevin miller spam comes from
right click view source 216.46.11.etc etc
besides the new ones that now seem to be coming from gmail.

@parafat seems to be registered in canada with 9 domain names and linked to something like 1on1.com and rewards news updates

everyone i know who receives kevin miller spam has a william hill account no exceptions
