Yes it was some "special" independence Day offer for us. Usually offers are like "deposit 20 euros and get 25 spins" or something like that.

Would be nice if casino rep could make some clarifications there because thats such a horrible promo. If it was limited to like 10-20 eur deposit, fine. I still wouldnt say its a nice offer because of max cashout of 500 but as it is now its a very, very ... well, crappy offer to put it bluntly.

1. Not every offer needs a deposit, we give 100 free spins for simply opening an account
2. I believe that the wording is not accurate in the bonus terms as the withdrawal is not limited, the win of that particular offer is capped at €200. This usually applies to offers that are claimed with small €10. Whatever money you convert to real money, you can continue to play with and any winnings resulting to that are cleared to be withdrawn. So, just to again restate, there is not "cash out" limit.

Okay. But limiting cash outs is just no thanks. It is last term I want from any casino. Because there is always chance you can win big with bonus money. I just can't even imagine if someone hits like 5000x with big bet and there is some term what promises casino it can void player's money. That's why max.cashout rule sucks and it is no no.

maybe so but usually when I start playing at a new casino I check their welcome offer.
yours dosent really show that you guys want or like high rollers .

+1 for active rep Just wonder wouldn't it be easier to get these higher value players to with bit less strict welcome bonus rules? Many high value players probably pass your site because of of welcome offer with max cashout is there.

Bit off topic but keep wondering why casinos don't offer different tier welcome bonuses like if your first deposit is 200€ over you get smaller match for that with no max cashout or lower wagering or something. Most of highrollers know games and after jumping little bit over site and maybe try few spin in funmode can judge if site is working without needing to "spend time" by wagering ages with small bets and no high volatility games because of max cashout. Numbers are easy to play with what can and can't done without destroying your NGR/GGR, also would recognize high value players in very early stage (maybe something for you to try )

Let me try to make this simple. When players take generous offers, we have to put some risk management in place and that is in form of how much you can win with the bonus iteself. However, once you convert your bonus money to real money, you can continue playing and any further winnings are yours to cashout as you want.

Also, these are entry level offers for casual players that deposit less than €50. More "repeating" players and players who put in more money fall into a different segment and get different types of offers.

I dont like a max win clause at all, but if its like 10k i maybe could live with it. But 500? Nah

I once won 7500€ from a 100€ deposit with a 100% Bonus. I played only 2€ bets. So I know it is possible and would never want to have even just 1€ removed from my winnings when I will be this lucky again.
