Hi all! I just want to share with you a great offer i have got from Karamba today . I was talking to chat about free spins but he said iam too late to get any. To be fair if I ever request a bonus I usually get a "no", so 10% on a 30€ dep would be 3€ more than I would get 99% of the time.

As a CS rep I always tried to wait until I could give the customer a slightly higher bonus instead of giving away 2-5€, but looking at a players previous sessions can be an important factor. If 3-5€ is 1-5 spins then it's next to nothing but if it's 30 spins it's suddenly more attractive.

I rarely bother asking for bonuses myself but after I was a few minutes late on a casumo promotion recently they did add the free spins I missed out on. Depending on the casinos admin system it can actually be a big hassle to add free spins, and unfortunately once you realize the 100 FS you missed were only worth 10€ a lot of people get a bit disappointed, even when the 10€ compensation bonus is a better deal than the original FS were.

Karamba bonuses... LOL! I played there for a few years, had a few big wins and decent withdrawals. I stopped playing there because of there scam bonus offers. Deposit now for 50 Gemix spins which are 50p a spin, got me twice but never thrice. They never appeared and both times live chat replaced them with 10p spins on starburst. RIP.

Sometimes they send you up to 3 emails and sms per day , every time with "better" offer .. get 10 fs , get 15 fs and late in the evening you can read "now or never- 25fs when you deposit" .. but the worst part is when you want to withdraw your money for the first time . They want you to send a notarized ID , that you need to pay for in the lawyer office . Its impossible to get money without that document...so i paid 30 eur to get my 120 .. still money but it took a lot of time and stress to get paid ..
