so basically i would like some clarification on rules and regulations etc when it comes to self exclusion.

if youve self excluded from a casino are you entitled to your deposits back if youve re-registered but with a new email or number or other minor details ?
or same scenario but if you win are you entitled to your winnings?
or if you had lost on a site and was told no refund as youd wagered your money legitimately but then a while down the line and won but then told you cant have your winnings or deposits back

You are definitely never entitled to your winnings, and since you deliberately have signed up with different details it's fraud and deposits shouldn't be paid back either.

The third question is a bit difficult to understand though. You can never get deposits back from the time before you've self excluded. After it's the same rules as in the first two questions if it's the same scenario.

basically i had self excluded from dotty bingo which is linked to them and ive been denied my winnings on butlers even though i used the same email address and stuff as dotty bingo which i cant see being my fault as surely my email should be blocked?
and the third point was basically another site i cant remember who but id excluded and signed up again later down the line and lost and denied a refund and then like an idiot done it again but won but then denied my winnings and a refund on deposits which i thought wasnt fair as id literally just given them money for nothing in that case.

and yes i know i am to blame and im an idiot for signing up to sites again but i am managing my habit alot better these days as i had a bad addiction to slots and ended up basically excluding from every operator going which resulted in me attempting to register and play on the same sites on occasions. most casinos detected me right away but often on some id go unnoticed even after sending ID across.

Ok, then I understand.

I agree that it should be detected immediately at registration, but it's not all places that check until a player tries to cash out.
In that case I believe you are entitled to your deposit back though, but I'm not sure. UK have different rules when it comes to SE than the rest of us.
I'm sure someone will tell you though.

If you don't plan to stop playing yet then please next time you ask the casino first if you already have or have had an account there before. You can also ask to get pre-verified so that you'll be sure to get paid if you win. We always learn something from our mistakes, and in this case you've only lost your deposit at least.
