It seems to me that it's getting so hard to withdraw money from any of these casinos that it's just not worth the hassle. I'm finally able to withdraw from Uptown Aces and silly me, thinking that hey, I'd already done my authorization so this should be a piece of cake. Wrong. My withdrawal sat for days without any action. I wrote to them last Friday morning asking about my withdrawal. That would have been a good time to tell me that I needed to fill out another authorization for the other credit card that i have on file but did not use for this deposit and withdrawal. Fine, not a problem. But they returned my withdrawal to my account and now I have to go through the waiting period again. Seriously? What is up with these "waiting periods"? What are they waiting for? Me to reverse my withdrawal, obviously. It's so tiresome that I'm tempted to just play off my withdrawal and close my account but I want that money. I can't get a copy of my credit card until tomorrow so that means they won't even look at it until maybe Tuesday. Then I redo my withdrawal and wait until they feel like they can even look at it. Then who knows how long it takes to process it? All this for a lousy $400. Why did I even play here? They're accredited so I figured it would be a good place to play. It also says on the accredited page that the waiting period is 24 hours. It's 48.

I think I need to find a better way to spend my time and money. And I'm sure they don't care.

You're probably already aware, but if not, the rep can be found here> https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/17002/

But additionally, if there's a change to be added to the page ( re - waiting preiod) be sure to flag or pm Bryan so he's aware.
Gl on your WD

Hi Debzy

I feel you because I am a U.S. player also - it is a pain because we have so few withdrawal options. Yes - their house, their rules etc. etc. ad nauseum  , but I wish they'd just leave off with the "for the player's safety" hogwash. It's to cover their ass - money laundering and all that. Plus, you may get disgusted, reverse the withdrawal and lose it. Gee... At least that's the way I see it. (JMO) :D

I've found it convenient to snap pics of CC (front & back) with phone, load to computer and email it to them.

Stick with it - once all that document/verification crap is outta the way, it usually moves fairly smooth.

Note: For some reason, the edges of your card must be visible - a rep advised me on that -either JC or CWG, I don't remember.

Thank you - I never thought of that - don't know why. I will do that and see if it works. I think I'm done with these casinos for a while. I can play casino games on facebook and pretty much get the same result without spending any money. :)

I just snapped pics of mine and sent them via email straight from my phone. They didn't have any issues with it. I hate the waiting period too but what I do like is after waiting the 48 hours once they process the win it's usually back on my CC the following day. So a total of 3 days to wait for a cash out isn't bad at all. You can't deposit and play while you're waiting though and there is the rub. Sometimes I want to cash out then throw a little more in to play on that's not my cash out. I know that doesn't make sense but....LOL
Anyway, stick with it, once you get through it once just remember to snap the pics and send them each time you use a different card and you won't have problems again! Good luck!

I sent in my documents but they don't acknowledge any emails I send them. I would hope they would at least answer one to tell me that they've received my documents. What they don't realize is that holding my account hostage for 48+ hours means I play elsewhere when I would have played there. I'm not going to reverse my withdrawal so I can deposit so I just go somewhere else. If they want to hold onto it after it's cleared my account I have no control over that. In any event, I haven't heard from anyone, including the rep here, so I'll wait the 48 hours and see what happens. It would be nice to have some communication though.

But then you don't make any money either. You can play for free on casino websites too

Another thing to remember with delays (at any USA facing casino) is that the processors can only send through so many payouts per day or week or hour or whatever due to trying to skirt USA banking regulations and avoid red flags. Casinos may not tell you this, but it is a fact. So sometimes it takes longer than expected. A 'good' way for casinos to prolong the process is the old 'we need fresh verification even though we didn't tell you this 4 days ago'. Just go along for the ride, be patient, send what they need when they need it and play elsewhere if you're tired of any particular casino.

I stopped playing online a couple of years ago simply because I grew sick of RTG software and the hassles and expense of trying to get money from here to there and (rarely) from there to here.

Would I like to play? Sure. But the hoop jumping, the lack of access to major casino software, the risk of sending ID documents willy nilly to whoever/wherever needs them every three months, the expense of depositing/withdrawing, trying to keep all transactions 'under the radar' of the banks, CC/debit card companies, western union, etc. just isn't worth the time and aggravation to me.

Yes, I have to agree with everything you said. My payout has been processed and now the waiting begins. They made me wait the 48 hours again but they processed it fairly quickly after that. How quickly I see it is another thing. I understand that they need to only send a few each day. This whole banking issue is stupid.

I miss having better casinos to play in - when they took MG out that really sucked. I see some of the games I used to play on winning screenshots and I really miss playing some of them. I do enjoy playing slots but I like to have a little playing time. Losing deposit after deposit after only a few spins is getting old. I totally understand why you quit playing.

Thank you Mousey. Those are some very valid points I was not aware of. I just came back to playing online after @ a year and a half. Club World and Jackpot Capital groups validated my docs with a minimum of dicking around. I have yet to make a WD from CW but at JC, they take 3-4 days from request til the time I actually get my dough. (Note: I use the debit option) That, for now, is the best I'm gonna get in Ohio.

Also, Thank you for posting Debzy. I was waiting for a WD (above) so I went looking for another place to mess around and I tried Sloto - for exactly one deposit. Then, after reading your post, I reviewed their WD terms and..whoa! I figured they'd be the same as other RTGs but I can hardly stand the 3-4 day wait, let alone 14 days. As Bryan says, I "voted with my feet." :p

I think what really spoiled my experience with these casinos is that instead of contacting me to tell me that i needed documentation for the other card on my account they just declined my withdrawal and returned my money to my playing account. I wouldn't have even known if I hadn't kept checking my withdrawal status. Then they made me repeat the waiting period. I've never had that done to me before. I would be contacted right away, the money kept in withdrawal status until they received my documentation and then it was processed. This seems like an underhanded tactic to get me to play the money away so the withdrawal doesn't need to be processed! I stuck it out though and made them process it.

Anyway, it's been processed and I will keep everyone who cares apprised of how long it takes. I hope it's not 15 days but at this point I'll be happy to get it at all.
