Anybody else jumped through hoops for a withdrawl. Was already verified on opening account with passport bank cards and letter. used 2 new cards last week sent these details saturday sunday along with the matching digital statements for them. Now told the bank statements arent proof of address in an email yesterday that went into spam so didnt see it which has slowed the withdrawl?! So now ive sent a tax letter. Been told further 24 hours to look at the letter. (Its one tiny letter) meanwhile the withdrawls sat pending since saturday ive played it back and lost most but managed to withdraw the 300 saturday night. Now told it will be 2moro evening some time. Annoyed and feel like there stalling me. I understand i have to verify new cards. But the letter situation is ridiclous especially when ive sent around 3 full bank statements passport 3 cards front and back and a tax letter all in all. Bank statement was ok for the first verification but not now? I am clearly who i say i am lol! Sent every single thing of ID oh well just have to wait it out

ID verification can be a pain in the neck. I avoid it by sending in my docs before making any deposit at a new casino (HarryBK's advice)... Did you check the list with accredited casinos, if they continue stalling you may want to go for another gambling avenue.

do what i said the other day ! put a loss limit on your account . that will stop you from cancelling the withdrawal and losing it all . you might be annoyed with the slow stalling tactics but you'll be even more annoyed with yourself if you go on to lose it all .

IF they are stalling then don't give them the satisfaction . You leave the loss limit/wagering limit on the account until the money has hit your bank . YOU win then!

I sure did as i always do when opening new account. I was verified quickly. The issue was i used new cards i have no problem with that i understand they need to see pics of those. Its the address ID thats baffled me. Bank statements are legit. I sent three of them they have on there file the first one when i opened account and a further 2 sat and sunday. Either way ive done what they asked ive sent a tax letter. Its an accredited casino just think that there sticking to every single thing its annoying though as its been pending since weekend and im an impatient bugger. I like the casino and its group but painfully slow verification and withdrawls are a no no for me. :-(

i sent mine to jetbull the other day preempting the request as i was withdrawing .. only they told me they didn't require my documents and paid me anyway ! (first time deposit too!)

i read somewhere that under 2k it's not a definitive requirement ?

Gonna do that now deacon i should of just done it the other day and wouldnt of lost half hahaha!! but u live and learn hey! Thanks for the advice too :)

you learn by your mistakes (supposedly!) but these tools are there for exactly this reason . I have a loss limit of 0.07 on jetbull and i had a loss limit on mrwin for £10 because i was withdrawing £150 - i lost £10 but i still banked £140 and in the past i would have lost the £150 ( i've lost so much over the past 2 years it's unbelievable! mainly due to the 'pending' period now they try to get you with the kyc. ) . we need locked in withdrawals as a law .

there are lots of casinos with fast withdrawals and a lot where you can lock your withdrawal....

videoslots, trada, rizk, etc

its quite recent that they have started to do this more but there are still many that don't because they don't have too. trada introduced it in the last month and vs didnt give that option to me on the 25th august. (locking in) . as for fast- that only applies after the 1st withdrawal due to kyc.

if you chuck in upto 72 hours kyc 1st withdrawal without a locked in withdrawal option that's likely to go back to the casino - unless you set your limits . if they then come at your with a source of wealth request you'l be thankful that you set your limits (the basic gambler finds it hard to resist playing those funds )

just make locked in withdrawal a necessity for all casinos that wish to hold a licence with UKGC etc .

Was told an hour ago my letter was verified still no processed payment. I will not be using this casino again once ive got the money. It just leaves a sour taste. Especially when people say there reputable if they were they wouldnt be stalling. I wouldnt mind its not a huge amount
Its the moral of it. Its been pending since satirday jokes

Set rules and stick to them. I know it’s difficult but when I make a withdrawal that is it. I don’t even login to that casino again until the money is in my bank. I think my regular haunts know this as payments that used to take 2 or 3 days are now there the next day. As for verification of accounts etc why not go the whole hog and make us send in a DNA sample. Many a true word spoken in jest, it will probably come.

Your not wrong there. When will i learn next time i win im gonna log out and not touch it. :)
That’s the best way I am lucky in that respect in that once I withdraw I consider it mine because we know where deciding to play a bit back can lead to. You always have the original figure in your head. I used to withdraw to a milestone ie balance £220 take £200. Now I just take it all as the times I left a bit in always resulted in a loss and if you add all those £20’s up over time it mounts up.
