New Slot Announcement Jumanji™ Video Slot - NetEnt

Oh yeah! Netent Slots are reviewed at Casinomeister - to include their associated casinos! Woo woo!
NetEnt is pretty dross at the moment - they need to up their game a lot... 2017 was very bad for their game quality. The used to be my go-to provider for new concepts.,... not any more. And certainly not for maths!

Maths shmaths. I just need to know if it's got pretty colours.

This is what my slot play's been reduced to

So a trailer of the movie. .. thanks netent :)

Its probably one to stay away from. Usually when they are games of movies etc its bad.

I went and saw the new jumanji the other day. No where near as good as the older one with robin willams but I still enjoyed it. Original was awesome!

Yeah that can usually be true, but we can still be surprised. Take for example the recent the phantom of the opera slot from MG. I love that slot soo much. The sounds and animations and voices are just awesome. And pays decent too.

But I am not a fan of Net Ent releasing a pointless trailer that doesn't show any parts of the slot. Would be funny if the Jumanji slot doesn't have any scenes from the movie in it at all after the trailer lol.

A wrong turn of the dice and that's what you get: a video movie trailer instead of a mere game screenshot. Doh, next time maybe they will use precision dice and come with a better job ! ;)

This slot is awful. Whats with crappy pays how do you win on this game??

The main problem with Jumanji is that it has 4 random features in the base game and then a choice of 4x Free Spins in the Board Bonus Game + coins wins as you go along when throwing the dice.

Each of the features and the base game gets a share of the RTP, hence, there is little room for really big wins. This also leads to a low top win in a single spin of maximum 504x bet for a full screen of lions.

To explain it better:

- DOA - base game and Free Spins only - RTP is divided into two parts only
- Jumanji - 4 random features, 4 types of Free Spins, coin wins in the board game and the base game - RTP is divided into 10 parts

I was excited when I first saw the announcement for the slot in January 2018, then the first slot details in March 2018 but when it was time to review it that changed into disappointment because it is yet another low variance game with little potential just like the majority of games that have been released by Netent in the last few years.

On the plus side, you have the features happening rather often. Gives the players at least the impression they are winning something many times.

I have taken a fair amount of spins in this slot over the last few hours and my feeling is that it will be another netent flop. It has similarities for me with that sucked in abuser called Motorhead.
Give me a single vid or picture of a big Motorhead win.
We are being abused by so many releases.
But are Netent really the worst abusers today?

I think the real problem these days is that people want big / massive win potential but dont want the HV that it has to come with, because lets face it you cant really have both.

Really it boils down to HV vs LV

HV = your gambling and hoping to make a quick substantial profit to cashout, but that is of course higher risk. Chasing a HV is more likely to get you out of trouble with a big hit, but I do NOT suggest you should or do!
LV = your should be playing for fun mainly and expect to lose, but you could get a small profit early or a rare big hit. Chasing a LV slot is more likely to just get you into a deeper hole with little chance of a massive win to help you overcome the RTP.

and MV is a bit of both and as it suggests is in the middle of the two but can be just as bad for even more reasons.

Really people should be asking themselves what kind of player am I ? What do I want to try and do this session?

With either slot variance you play the more games you play the more the negative expected RTP will bite you overall.
