Hello all!

First of.. I am from Norway so if there should be any misunderstandings or obvious errors that may fail to deliver the message, don't hesitate to correct me please, one learns from his/her faults. :)

So to the player experience:

I've been an avid online casino player for some years now, mostly I have been playing NetEnt casinos as they tend to keep the focus on Scandinavians aswell that the NetEnt classic slots is almost identical copies of the old slots we had in the stores/kiosks all over the country some years ago. So it's retro play with a twist online for in most cases as I favour the Jackpot 6000/8000 slots and not to mentions the Megajoker.. It's a beast! :)

Either way I had around 100€ some days ago to use in a casino and was thinking to myself that maybe I should expand my horizon some more as I have 2-3 places I usually play. Then I did a search of "NetEnt casinos" on Google and Jetbull came up, though for my own worrying mostly negative reviews and experiences showed and there was alot to pick on, everything from CS to withdrawals/bonuses etc.

But after some minutes up to hours of searching I found some newer articles and forum posts, some from here on Casinomeister where there was some discussion of new ownership (EveryMatrix LTD runs Jetbull Casino) and that things should have been improved by tenfolds.

With that message I proceeded to deposit my money and accepted a 50% up to 200€ Reload bonus (I had an account there from a year ago where I had used my first deposit bonus). So 135€ Deposit + 60€ Bonus = 195€ Real/Bonus.

So I started playing with semi-low stakes (around .45-1€) per spin, first of I hit the jackpot on Jackpot6000 so 600€ increase in a couple of minutes, though most Classic slots only wager about 20% towards the requirement to I quickly skipped to Dead or Alive and had a stake on 9 lines x 0.10 = 0.90 bet. And this was the first time playing this machine mind you, and after a couple of spins I got in to the bonus feature and reached x4 sticky wilds on a line and was up by around 2000€ in a couple of minutes.
I continued to play the DoA slot and it just wouldn't let me go, after the 2000€ win I raised the stake to 1.80€ per bet (0.20 line), and got into the bonus feature AGAIN with x5 sticky wilds this time, though sadly not in a line but I got out of the feature with almost 2000€ more! The strange thing though was that I put in on autospin with around 250 at the time, and I played probably up to thousans of spins but if I lost some euros it would just keep getting me back in the main game, so not like Gonzo's Quest where I usually loose 100's of euros and then a bonus feature comes along and gets you back up. In DoA for me, this time ofcourse, it just kept me around the same balance all the time. :)

After I left DoA with around 4-4.500€ in my balance I continued to Gonzo's Quest and continued to win, after probably half an hour of play I had around 5.200€ though on the LAST spin I managed to click the MAX BET, and there's a 10% of deposit max bet when using the bonus.. So I thought "f**k!", typical that they will void all my winnings as it's the perfect thing to throw in my face when I am to withdraw so I IMMEDIATELY quit the game and entered the Live Chat and talked with a CS member by the name of Lester Li and after some minutes when he had talked with his officer it was marked as OK as it was clearly not by intention (1 spin, 20€, no wins, immediately exit and enter chat). :)

After some back and forth on various video slots I had completed my wagering requirement but my balance was only around 500€.. How you may ask? I lost I'll tell you! Oh stupid med playing high stakes on med-high variance slots.

So with about 500€ in my account and able to withdraw I had to make a snap decision.. Should I withdraw or continue to play and see if I can raise my balane once again! In the good spirit of gambling it was to be the latter ofcourse.

End of the story; The evening next day I had 7000€ in my account, winning GOOD on Jackpot6000, MegaJoker, Supernudge, DoA, Piggy Riches and Gonzo's Quest. :)

Went to the cashier to make a withdrawal and I chose the International Bank Transfer option, as I deposited with a Paysafecard I had to.
5 minutes after putting in the withdrawal request I took 2 photos of my billing adress and passport and sent in via email, checked the status 1 hour later - VERIFIED - 8 hours later (early next morning) I talked with the staff on live chat once again and got it confirmed that my withdrawal was approved!

Excellent service, good page layout and various slots from Microgaming, NetEnt and PlayOn. Not to shabby for me!

Main reason of why I write this may be that I feel it (Jetbull) has to much negative critiscm from years ago wandering about on the internet, and very few positive feedbacks. For me the new ownership must have improved the service and quality by extreme lengths considering other posts from <2010.

Thank you for reading and sorry about any errors! :)

Thanks for the review, and congratulations on your huge wins :D Hope your good luck continues. If there is 1 thing I must tell you, it would be to be VERY wary of Dead Or Alive. It can be a fantastic slot when you hit those sick bonus rounds, ( which as you are now aware can pay 1000x - 2000x or even 4000x bet if you're super lucky ). On the flip side, when it runs cold, it can be one outright evil bitch, and at 90c per spin, can eat a bankroll of EU2000 within a couple of hours. Just ask Nate, he's the notorious CM King of DoA :notworthy So just beware of its potential, its a super high variance slot, which will either make or break you, sometimes eating a bankroll in minutes. Good on you for cashing out in the end - now go treat yourself, buy something nice with the money :)

Hi there!

Welcome to this forum and congratulations on your winnings.

I have had some contact with Jetbull's management lately and I am happy with how they have responded to my concerns. I was especially worried over one bonus abuse rule. They have assured me that this is more of a protect your own ass-rule (my own wording). I see this as fair enough as also accredited casinos occasionally have similar rules. The most important thing is how they are practicing these rules.

A casino with games from NetEnt, Microgaming, IGT etc certainly has a lot of potential. I have also been told that they will launch two new live casinos within the next couple of months.

Thank you both for your replies and I must add that it's nice to see a fellow Norwegian in here, probably a few others aswell considering Norwegians and gambling.. :)

Though I guess you mean the "recreational player and playing genuinly" rule Rainmaker, and yes there are more and more sites taking this rule under their Terms of Service. Playing right now actually at Towergaming and they have the same rule aswell when I looked earlier, can't remember to have seen it before or I just have never been thinking of it.

Well I should point out that I do not defend these rules. I think casinos should avoid having them in their T&C. But if they do have abuse rules etc, then one should make sure that the casino management has these rules to protect them self from stupid fraudsters and not something they use against real players (including advantage players) that have been lucky.

I am also hoping that Jetbull will rewrite their rule, so that it better reflects how they are actually practicing it.

I do not endorse them myself so we are clear on that matter, that combined with "all decisions are final" in practically every casinos Terms of Condition it may give some nasty situations, but as most other things only time will tell. Hopefully it will be reconsidered. :)

... Hopefully it will be reconsidered. :)

Couldn't agree more, its these types of 'silly' rules which put the average player off from even joining these casino(s) 'just in case' anything every goes wrong. With the huge range of options open to the average player in regards to great, honest casino's with no offputting rules in their Ts&Cs - You have, for example - 32Red, 3Dice, MrGreen, and loads of other accredited MG/NetEnt/MultiPlatform casino's to choose from.

Be logical here, there is basically no contest between group you would/should choose, is there?

So in the end, all these stupid rules do is put off players from playing there, which costs the casino(s) in question revenue. Just doesn't make sense...

I gave the Jetbull rep on this forum a heads up with a link to this thread. He told me that they will look into their bonus rules and hopefully make them clearer. Always great when casinos are listening to feedback from players

I really like their big selection of games. Almost 500 games!

NetEnt: 98 games
Microgaming: 296 games
IGT: 30 games
PlaynGo: 49 games

Are they new? ..or are the name so strange in my ears that I have looked another way because of it?;)

No my dear, they are not a new casino :)

Think they have been around since 2007. Although they have ever since been relaunched and is a much better alternative today then in the past in my opinion.

I am very happy to see that Jetbull today has changed their bonus rules based on this thread. Made them clearer and more easy to understand. They have also removed the "abuse" rule. Much kudos to their CEO (the rep on this forum) who by the way is Norwegian and has the same name as me hehe.

Another great thing is that they have a complete list where you can see the bonus contribution for each of their almost 500 games (most slots are 100%). You can also sort them after suppliers (IGT, NetEnt, Microgaming and PlaynGo) and game name.

Bonus contribution:confused:
Please explain.

Yes of course:oops:
I couldn't get a grip on it since I'm not used to see all of the games listed like that.
I do know what it means. Sorry:p

Good to hear Rainmaker, and I welcome the changes with a great heart. Now off to deposit some more $$ into the CEOs salary account. :)
