Jackpots in a flash delay withdrawal

I opened an account, won and withdrew 1500 from Jaskpots in a flash on 1 June. I received an email asking for I.D verification last sunday and sent required documents.
I telephoned palace group UK support number 2 days later and was informed that my account had been verified and I would be credited withdrawal via debit card on Thursday 7th June.
Amount was still not processed by yesterday - 8th June - and I emailed palace group and they replied that Financial Department has recently changed locations which has caused some delays on players withdrawals.
I telephoned again this morning and was informed that i will be paid on 11th June. I asked if Financial department had moved and operator said she was not aware of this!
I have searched the site and see that Palace group are one of the better casinos to play, but I am starting to worry. :(
 
You're in the UK, and not the US...so I'm not really sure the reason for the original delay. However, I'm pretty positive you'll get your money and no need to worry, if your docs have all been verified and approved. IF it doesn't show up on the 11th (Monday), drop the Palace Group rep here a Private Message, and ask him to look into it. Here's a link to his profile:

Palace Group pay back to the deposit method that has been used most (in cash terms) since the last withdrawal. it takes longer on the first one due to the document verification.
Sometimes a delay can ocurr in the UK banking system that means you don't see the credit even though it has left Palace Group & your bank have it. if checking online, some banks do not refresh history Friday evening, and a Friday credit will only appear Monday, not Saturday as might be expected.
Cashcheck still showing "pending" means little, this can take days to update to "processed", and I have even seen withdrawals still "pending" when I have the money already!
They may have moved offices, CS do not always know - they have had some changes, first being sold to Fairground Gaming, only to have to be sold back to the original owners when UIGEA hit last October.
There is a rep here who can be contacted if nothing turns up by Tuesday.

When paid, you should receive an E-mail confirming this, along with a method code, which seems to be "CFT" for a card refund.

Debit card refunds/cashouts from most UK "bookies" take 2 working days, with offshore casinos it's normally 3 days I find. If it was processed Thursday, it should probably hit the bank over Monday night, possibly Tuesday night.

I just telephoned Jackpots in a Flash.
Have been informed that I have definently been verified and I will be paid, but not today - the 11th as promised in previous phone call :eek:- and they have no Idea when I will be paid! CS does not know why this is and to wait for an email from palace group!
Not happy with the situation as CS has no idea why payment is delayed and did not tell me anything new.
What do I do now? Wait for email and cash that could take days or weeks?PM Palace group rep?
Advice would be greatly received!
 
I would PM the rep and give him as many details as possible and point him to this thread.
I think and hope it will all turn out ok in the end.
 
You probably should have PM'd the rep first if the cashout was urgent, because none of us can really do much about it.

Hi all,

Maybe I should have let everyone know a bit sooner.
We took our payments inhouse just over a week ago. This was to manage things a little more closely and to offer a better service to all our players.

As with new processes, we had a small hiccup or two however everything is now on track!

Bim, your payment went off yesterday, and I do apologise for the delay and lack of feedback/information.
