You can actually withdrawal up to $5,000. So my suggestion if you can do it, is take a cash payment for the full $2,000. Then take a wire for the full $2,500. If you can do it, otherwise it'll be a matter of patience really. They also do offer checks for up to $3,000, yet with all of the harry situations regarding checks, I wouldn't risk it honestly.

Otherwise hopefully all goes smooth for you :)
 
I am a little bummed after I won the jackpot i bumped my best on a few spins on another slot to $12.50 to get thru playthrough
Evendently that broke some max bet bonus rule and void the jackpot win
The thing is the jackpot amount was reset
So does that money just disapear?

No, the money should be put back into the jackpot pool - especially at an Accredited casino.
It might take them a few days - but it should definitely go back in and NOT into the casino's pocket!

So sorry to hear you fell foul of the max bet rule - nearly all casinos have limits in place these days, which is why it's always vitally important to read the T&Cs thoroughly before you take a bonus at ANY casino.

Yep sorry, this rule has been in place for a while as stated here

In the interests of fair gaming, there are limits on the maximum bet sizes you can place during the playthrough of any bonus (6.50 being the maximum unless SPECIFICALLY stated otherwise).

Now we just gotta wait for RTG to restore the jackpot :( Too bad it was nice to see a jackpot like that go out to a meister member. Hopefully it'll happen again soon.
 
It's quite a shame to see this specific T&C enforced in your case.

Max wagering limits are put in place to prevent AP style play, however making larger individual wagers AFTER you've won big doesn't effect a players EV anywhere near as much as does as doing it BEFORE you win anything significant.

As you wagered $12.50 AFTER you won 5 figures, there was nothing abusive about raising your betting limits. Unfortunately the casino has this rule so its their right to take your money, but they didn't have to and if you ask me their assholes for doing so!

Did you get your deposit back at least?

You said earlier in the thread that after the hit you had a WR of 2200$ left with a balance of 11600$, so clearly you couldn't lose so i think a compromise should be made, either the casino could deduct the 2200 from 11600 or they could give you a second chance to meet the WR.

Losing the entire win due to the max bet rule when you were in a position where you couldn't lose just doesn't sit right with me.

This thread breaks my heart. I won over 22k on that slot at CWC and I'll be honest the max bet rule as NEVER occurred to me and I've been playing for years. It's only human to win 11k and think woohooo! I can bet big, this will be FUN! It's not like you couldn't have dilly dallied around forever until the $2200 was gone and still been "up" on your money. I think this whole thing is awful and I wish you luck on your PAB. By the way, it's cool to hear you hit that on the mobile! My CWC mobile shuts itself off every time I spin so if I'm on my phone I have to play off the actual website. Anyway, good luck!

Never occured to you? Does that mean you didn't read the T&Cs eitther after you won?

There have been a couple of casinos I've played at where I've hit big, but because finding the T&C was more difficult than an Easter Egg hunt, I didn't bother looking
at them. However in these cases, I've always kept my wager below $5, to stay on the safe side and only play games I knew weren't against the rules.

Nope, not even after I won. I still don't bet $12.50 lol
Betting $6.25 makes me nervous, I am a small time better, I end up playing for the chase, not for the cashout. I play back my winnings a lot because I love the chase of the win. Anyway, when I hit that I didn't have a playthrough amount so it didn't matter.

I just wanted to give a quick update I logged into my account yesterday and sawl that $9,309 dollars was available

so I verified with Miss sloto and she got her undestood that this was an honest mistake and I was not trying to cheat the casino

so what playthrough I had left was deducted from my jackpot (or maybe this was calculated a different way)

this seems very fair to me and I am very happy

What have they got to do with Jackpot Capital? I have noticed how they changed towards freebies as they have had bit exclusions against UK before but I always used to be able to use freebies. Now they seem to have changed exactly like Jackpot Capital.

But other problem in this seems to be the new UK license. I have not had any clear feedback about are they or are they not having UK license...
