I have now cashed out 9K - which was my target figure, and puts my Credit card around 300 in credit (this can be dodgy, but this card does not seem bothered, although something has happened with it recently that makes me wary, and it's BLOODY LEGAL here
).
Got it flushed, and even got congratulated for my biggest win (single payout) of the week - no 5000 loyalty points though, this was normally given in recognition of a big payout.
Makes me wonder if those dice ARE rigged, and this winning spree will ensure I will NEVER roll a 7 - we will see, I must have another boatload of rolls to try out, and the results should come closer to the odds if the game is indeed fair.

EDIT.
I had a further 21 rolls of the dice, out of which I got ZERO "7"s yet again.
I have now had a total of 62 consecutive rolls without throwing a 7 - I noticed that I had an extraordinary number of 6s and 5s though, the stats are now getting more significant that this is a RIGGED pair of dice, and is hardly something that the Jackpot Factory should have ever become involved with, given the long standing suspicion that many online casino games themselves are rigged.
David Brickman had better come up with an explanation that supports the theory that this promo is NOT rigged, and that 62 consecutive failed rolls is within the normal expectation for this sample size.
EDIT2 - more research.
How often can you roll a pair of dice 28 times without getting a 7? How do you figure this?
I take it you mean what is the probability of rolling a pair of dice 28 times without getting a 7. The probability of not rolling a 7 on any one roll is 5/6. The probability of not rolling a 7 in 28 rolls is (5/6)28 = 0.006066, or about 1 in 165.
This from the "ask the wizard" archive on wizardofodds.com, and is from 2000.
THis gives a simple formula for the probability of NOT throwing a "7" in a given number of rolls.
Substituting my 62 for the 28 in the example, we get (5/6)**62
Which is - 0.000012324 or 1 in 81140 - HIGHLY suspicious. Rigged promo, looking more and more likely as I win more dice throws.
