Jackpot Factory connection probs

I've been playing at All Jackpots tonight and I lost count of how many times I've lost my connection to the casino - usually it does it when I'm the middle of a tourney but today I'm playing for real and it's really starting to p*ss me off. Do all the Jackpot Factory casinos do this??

Hi Chayton, I have had this problem at All jackpots last year, I don't play there for real money at all unless I hit out on a tourn. Last time I played there and a few times before I had no troubles.

I am 100% sure that this is not a connection problem-and certain this is a casino problem. Do not play there for real, there is no point what-so-ever if your going to get kicked out before reaching the bonus round.

I sent them emails and spoke to live chat and was told it was down to traffic and the time of day I was playing.

Yeah they told me the same thing when I wrote to bitch about buying into a tourney and the reels sat there spinning for 2 minutes. So I very rarely buy into tourneys there anymore. It doesn't seem to happen that often at other MGs.
