Sorry, but as you've seen the rule is there and very clear :

12. Any free money given without requiring a deposit, e.g. a No-Deposit Coupon, loyalty bonus, VIP bonus, vanity card, manager deposit, competition/tournament prizes, compensation bonus, inconvenience bonus, birthday bonus etc. (unless otherwise stated) will have a maximum cash out of 5x the bonus given e.g. $50 given; max cash out = $250 (Random Jackpots are also included). This rule is also valid when a customer's balance is positive at the time of redeeming the non-deposit bonus. After redeeming the bonus, the rule will only be annulled after the customer's balance has reached $0 again. :(

That said... they do have a helpful rep on board here. Perhaps you could shoot them a PM and see if there is anything they could do... The worst thing they can do is say no after all.

worst case scenario... focus on it as a $100 win and try not to dwell on what might have been ;)

the answer will be no.

there is no way around it when playing with a free chip.

the rules are the rules.

the cash-out is a 100$.

sorrie to hear that happened to you but hey you,ll get a 100 free try to look at it that way.

so it was you! i was playing the same game yesterday and found this morning that the rj was reset. i was playing with a deposit so could have cashed out the max. sorry buddy, but it seems you can only cash out $100. however, jc sgould reinstate the 3k back to the rj.

Sadly it never happens like that.

Free chips always have and will be something the casino benefits from. Weather its to lure you into depositing or so they can void off excess winnings practically into their own pockets if someone like the OP gets lucky.

Puzzles me at times why casinos can be quite tight with their free chips when they gain from them
