I've been playing at the different casino's in Jackpot Capital Group for around a year. I'm not a high roller but I've dropped 1 - 1.5k in this group in the last year and never made a withdrawal. I take bonuses more often than, but not always. I can only recall a couple of times when I could have made a small withdrawal, but it didn't seem to be worth it for a few hundred. There was one other time when I made the play-through on a freebie but I wasn't playing close enough attention to it and when they deducted the balance to get it down to max payout, I had already played a big chunk of it back.

Like other players I get the mailings from time to time offering free chips, at first glance they seem quite generous until you see the play-through requirement of 60x and the max of x5 cashout. The way I view it the higher the chip the less chance you have of cashing out since the play-through is almost impossible to make anyway. I think it's just a marketing ploy to trick your mind into thinking you are getting something for nothing but yes I will admit that I usually do play the freebies.

Anyway I got a 25 dollar freebie, from grande vegas and I played it, thinking I'd kill a few minute of time. To my shock I actually made the playthrough, $1500  I was hitting like crazy in triple twister (why can't this happen on a non max bonus) so I decide to go cash out my 125. It all goes to hell in a handbasket from there.

Customer service tells me I need to play it up to 155 so the 30 dollar fee will be covered, which is a recipe for disaster usually cause odds are you are gonna bust out. So I go back in and to my shock again, I get it up to 155, so again I go to cash out. Then I find out from customer service that they told me wrong, I can not withdraw by check because the min for check is 150, remember my max is 125 so a check is out for me. So now CS tells me my only option is wire and that is 55.00 fee. By this time, I'm getting a little fed up with it but decide what the hell so I go back in a play some more and quickly get it up to 171........whew right. So then I go to withdraw AGAIN and I keep getting an error message, so back on chat I go and guess what..........the max I can withdraw is 100, (never mind that my max cashout from the coupon is 125). So now I have 100 cashable. Max of 125 is not accurate because of the damn fees. :(

And..........drumroll.......my bank will charge me a incoming wire fee, not to mention the risk of causing suspicion as to where that wire came from, where as if I had been able to get a check, I wouldn't have worried about it as much.

Not worth it, is it? The whole think is really leaving a really bad taste in my mouth.

Hope I haven't confused you too much.

Why don't you ask if they will "cash it out" to another JPC casino? Surely that's a good solution.

Either that, or JPC should be waiving these fees for regular depositing players who use freebies (I don't think they should do it for freeloaders).

IMO they need to find a solution.

that has happen to me too seeing i don,t have a bank account and can only cash-out by wu.

but jackpot capital works with me and in the end i get all my money from the chip.

in fact they are really good about doing that i will have to give them a  for going above and beyond the call of duty.

i don,t know about the other ones caz i really only play at jc.

sorrie you had such a hard time and yes sometimes its just not worth the bull.

I sent a pm to the rep before I posted this thread and so far no response and they did log in yesterday. I explained the situation and asked if she could offer any solution.

No response. :(

For USA players in particular, freebies are a joke for all the reasons you have mentioned. Catch-22... The cashable amount is so low as to make it impossible to too costly to cash out (fees and such on both ends).

For me it would be... $125 cashable ... minus their wire fee ($55?)... minus my bank's incoming wire fee ($45). I'd end up with (maybe) $35 IF the mysterious 'middle man' doesn't take out the mystery $5 - $10 that sometimes just kind of 'disappears' with incoming wire transfers. (And hope and pray someone at the bank doesn't get a 'feeling' that the processor isn't kosher.)

See if they'll get you an Amazon gift certiificate... or if all fails, at least donate it to one of the charities here at CM.

This entire deposit/withdraw morass we have to wade thru with RTGs is becomming worse than ridiculous.

I had this happen at Slotastic about 2 years ago (maybe 18 months). Cashed out the max $250 and with the fees ended up with $170 I think. It was ridiculous and I stopped and haven't looked back!

You summed it up quite nicely Mousey, and hey the max of 125 is not accurate either because when I go to the cashier to withdraw, I get an error unless I reduce the amt to $100. CS said something about the allowance for the fee reduces the max coupon.

The money amt is so small but it's the principal of the thing, ya know. :(

Well I'm even more frustrated. I got a reply from the rep and she advised me to withdraw via western union. This is a 65 dollar fee.......ooo but wait, I can't do that either because the min is 150 and remember the max of my coupon is 125 which I did explain in my pm. Oh and another thing, even if I could withdraw via wu, I would have to risk more of the money to get it up enough to cover the fee.

Anyone else see how ridiculous this really is?

So.......suggestions?

i stopped all that bs by only doing 50 dollar free chips or higher because of that problem- its realy ridicolous how they have restricions on that 25 free chip.
i sometimes get free 5 or 10 dollar freebies at sloto and desert and its put in automaticaly without me knowing so when i see it i just do a 1 bet 10 dollar whatever game i choose.because i know its not gonna be cashable

i have got some 100 free chip from jackpot and actually cashed out 2 times in about 2 years :) so max cash out was 500 minus the bonus so 400 then a 30 dllar fee
so i received 370 dollars from a 500 cash out lol

All this plus don't forget that there is another 48Hour pending period and God forbid you cash out over a weekend ... its 96 hours in total.

Your situation is really ridiculous... The Casino is aware of this ..

By contrast my Freebies at ClubWorld carry a 2x Wagering requirement and most have a 10x Cash out.

Update, I got on chat just trying to clarify about the wu thing. She said I could withdraw via wu for a 100, plus the 65 fee if I get my balance back up to 165, my balance is 155 now. This contradicts the website on the cashier terms which says the min for wu is 150 and this also contractdicts the fact that my coupon is max 125.

So......I guess I have no choice. I go back in and try to get it up to 165, if I don't, then I'm SOL, although I have my doubts that will work because of the min of what the website says on WU but customer service told me I can do it that way.

If I don't get it up to 165 which I certainly don't expect to do, then well I guess the best i can hope for is a comp point. ha ha

I'll let you know.

This bs, is not the way to win friends and influence people is it?

IMO if the casino won't "cash it out" I.e. transfer it to another JPC casino, then I think it is obvious they don't care about their customers. I mean, even if they said you must play it through once or twice and then no max cashout it would still be better than nothing and would show they actually WANT to look after players.

Update

First I apologize because I know some of you are thinking is she nuts, it's only 125 bucks. It's not the money........it's the principal of the thing. I'd like to spit some nails about right now. :(

Well I went back in and got my balance up to what customer service and the rep here said I could do to WU. As I said I thought it was incorrect because the webpage says that min to cashout out is 150 on WU. Remember my coupon is max cashout 125.

Also it should be noted this is at least the 3rd time I've been told incorrect info.

Here is the copy of my last chat.

Please wait for a site operator to respond.

You are now chatting with 'natasha'

natasha: Welcome to our live chat service. How may I help you today?

bbxx: hi

bbxx: i'm in the usa

bbxx: i have a freebie for 25

bbxx i did the playthrough

natasha: please hold

bbxx: but i can't find a way to withdraw

bbxx: i was told by yasmeen to use wu, but i can't do that because the min is 150 and my coupon is max of 125

natasha: we are pleased to inform your playthrough completed

bbxx: i know that :)

bbxx: the problem is withdrawal

bbxx: suggestions?

natasha: you have balance of $155.24

bbxx: yes

natasha: the minimum for a wire inclusive of fees is $155

bbxx: but..........my bank is going to charge me a fee too

bbxx: i might end up with 50 plus draw suspicion on myself from the bank

bbxx: suggestions?

bbxx: also i'd only get 100 minus the wire fee right?

natasha: if you choose a wire we will process your wire for $100

natasha: the remaining $55 will be taken as the fees

natasha: However if you wish to request a check

natasha: You will have to continue to play your balance up to $180'

natasha: as the minimum is $150 for a check

bbxx: i can get a check, your terms say a min of 150 plus fee

bb7028: but again, the MAX of my coupon is 125

natasha: the minimum for either wire $100 (plus $55 fee), check $150 (plus $30 fee) or WU $100 (plus $65 fee)

bbxx: so i can't do a check because of the max withdrawal on the coupon

natasha: these are your options above

bbxx: do you have a manager there please?

natasha: Sorry a manager is not available at this time

natasha: please be advised your available option as advised by the casino manager are j'ai fait un dépot de 50dollards domage que vous ne soyais pas en €uros puis-jouer et si je gagne combien de temps pour etre paye

bb7028: what?, i speak english

natasha: please be advised your available option as advised by the casino manager are the minimum for either wire $100 (plus $55 fee), check $150 (plus $30 fee) or WU $100 (plus $65 fee)

bbxx: u know this just isn't right

natasha: You may play your balance up to $165 to get a western uniion

bbxx: yeah and chances are i will lose

natasha: $180 to get a check

natasha: or $155 to get a wire

bbxx: still you are forgetting about my max coupon

natasha: yes, that is correct the max on your coupon is $125

bbxx: can't you just credit part of it, with no restrictions or something?

natasha: however we are allowing you to play up your balance

natasha: in order to cash out

bbxx: i'd be happy if you could do that, because clearly cashing out is cost prohibitive

bbxx: i've been a customer for at least a year

bbxx: never withdrawn

bbxx: spent more than 1k

bbxx: so it's look like you could at least work with me here a bit

bbxx: when i say spent 1k, i mean in the whole group of casinos

bbxx: it's probably closer to 1.5k

natasha: Please be informed that all available options of deposited has been noted for you

natasha: there are there the only way you can cash out

bbxx: you can't do anything to help me?

natasha: as your max is below all cash out options

bbxx: do you realize what this does to a customer?

natasha: We have allowed you to play your balance up

natasha: in order to cash out

bbxx: its sours me on ever playing here again

Silc.....don't bother with live chat when it comes to anything more complicated than "what time is it?". You should know by now that you'll get something different every time from these script-following drones and just end up more upset.

Did you mean me instead of Silc? lol

This is the bad part Nifty, the rep here told me I could do WU, but I can't, min is 150, remember my max coupon is 125.

Just for shits and giggles I'm attaching copies of the cashier to prove that the only option I have is wire. That is problematic because of the fees my bank will charge plus throwing suspicion on me possibly and.........grande vegas wants a swift # which I don't even think my bank has as they are a small local bank.

hi Silc
Are you saying that after you rech the max cash out on a free chip, and "impossible" to withdraw, youi can add funds to that anount and continue to play?

For eg on a $20 freebie and you make wr (1200 bucks ridiculous) max you can get is 100 bucks. No way to caSH THAT
DID YOU SAY YOU CAN ADD AN XTRA 100 DEPOSIT AND PLAY WITH $200.

i HAVE STOPPED Playing those $20 freebie

Speaking of JC....DOES ONE REALLY TRY TO WIN THE "CASH BONUS" in the monthly tournament Sure you get a max of $700 bucks but the play thru is $42,000 . Isnt that crazy?

No, sorry for the confusion. When I get a free chip from anyone, I usually go in and play it like it was in fun mode to test out a few slots. If I feel they are hitting, I blow it all, then go in and make a real deposit after clearing out the free chip. NEVER mingle your moneys with a free chip. It is not a good thing to do.

.

Sorry, in advance..

...but I haven't read this entire thread but when I win from a free chip, I ask for it to be withdrawn into 'Mypaylinq'...or any ewallet.. it's free and then that way, you have funds for another day to play almost anywhere you can.

Well update, The only option I had according the cashier was wire and that was cost prohibitive as my bank would charge me too and I didn't want to raise any flags with my bank for such a small amt.

I didn't receive any further response from the rep, so I said the hell with it, played it back, hoping for some comps and to make something out of them and of course that didn't happen.

The whole thing was a big cluster, misinformation from the cs people and from the rep here. No offer from the rep to settle it in any other way. I would have been happy to have half of it with a small play-through with no restrictions but they don't offer that in the spirit of goodwill.

A small freebie certainly isn't worth the aggravation IF you make their unbelievable 60x play-through if you are in the US.

It leaves a very sour taste in my mouth with this group, so beware.

I wish I had thought of that earlier but I don't recall seeing that option in my cashier and is there a limit on that?

I'm not sure about a limit..but for a free chip cashout..lmo..it's the better way to go,bb.... way that as it's a free option..it's like a 'bank' so that you can play anywhere, where it's ok for the us.;)
