Hello everyone! I'd like to share my experience playing at jackbit.com casino.
I'd like to let you know right away that I live in Ukraine and am a Ukrainian citizen. I searched for "top casinos" and followed the links to see what games each provider had. When I tried to access some of them, they immediately told me that players from your country couldn't play. Jackbit.com allowed me to create an account without any problems, and I started playing. I deposited $50-$100, and my total was $500 or $550. When I reached $1,000, I decided to withdraw my funds, but they asked me to verify my account (I was allowed to play and make deposits without verification).I followed the steps they asked to verify and waited for the withdrawal to be processed. The funds hadn't arrived, and when I logged into the website, I saw that the administrator had transferred my funds, leaving me with $50 left in my balance. When I contacted support, they told me I'd violated their rules, specifically that Ukrainian citizens aren't allowed to play at their casino. They were paying me $50 and blocking my account. I was extremely upset and disheartened by this. I'd already been dealing with constant stress and fear for five years, and now I'd received such an unexpected and vile blow from them.In my opinion, honest online casinos (and there were some when I opened links from a search engine) state before the game starts that players from Ukraine are not allowed to play there. I would have understood if they had at least refunded my winnings, but they acted in the most dishonest way possible. So, guys, be careful, and even if you're from a country that allows you to play at jackbit.com, think twice before playing there.

Welcome to the forum.

Please do not post the same issue in multiple threads. You posted in the Kings Chip thread also, which I deleted.
