Issue with bonus on Nitro circus slot by ygg played at Igame casino

Hi,

On 15.11.2018. I was playing new slot by Ygg Nitro Circus at Igame, so I got bonus and i couldn't start it, I got two different error messages, tried two different browsers , cleared all cookies ( I play always in incognito mode but nvm i still did it ), went to chat with Olivia (she was very kind) I sent screen shots to support mail, still no answer.
Major problem with Ygg as i said in chat that you cant save bonus like on others providers if you dont play it within some time limit ( i think 1 or 2 hours) you will just lose bonus, as it happend to me.

You shouldn't lose the bonus. What it does is, if you don't play the bonus within the timelimit it plays it out on the server and you just get the result added to your balance. However this error looks a bit more serious, and might just be stuck until Yggdrasil manually corrects the game round on their side. The error message doesn't say which transaction it can't commit but I'd imagine there is plenty of handling for an issue with communicating with the casino server so at a guess this is a problem saving the game round to Yggdrasils database, which should make it impossible for them to play out the game round in the background and might take quite a while for you to get resolved.

ty for reply, well if you have three choices (3 vehicles) one is for multi, one is for more wins and one is for extra prizes how can it auto pick? on YGG, and i never seen that bonus win balance in my acc

@zap987 yeah you where right just loged in and got 9x win from ygg, it did auto pick, and they add it to my acc, b ut its sucks big time, i dont know what and who are testing this one from YGG but i dont like this issue, never happend to me before in like 3 years of online gambling

Pre programmed bonus round, mafe no odds on which youbwould of picked.
But correct they should look into any error, doesnt happen often thankfully.
