Let's hope it lasts... Netanyahu is already warning for heavy retaliation in case of a breach.
And Israelian politicians within his party, coalition and rivals are speaking out against the ceasefire agreement.

I wouldn't trust them as far as I'd throw them. I think the only way the ceasefire will hold is if Trump refuses to send the missiles to attack Iran . I think both sides are running low on missiles , it wouldn't surprise me if Israel are using this to rearm and will go again when their stocks are replenished.

As bad as Bibi is, there are some even worse nutcases trying to wield power afaik.

And no doubt Lindsey Graham and co will be praying for any ceasefire to fail.
 
Doesn't take a genius to work out that Israel's hellbent on destroying Iran in its entirety, once you get past all the 'WMDs' and 'Threat to the world' rhetoric Bibi's been spouting. It's a glorious time for him to exact biblical vengeance on Iran, given that he started the conflict and has the world's largest military at his beck and call. I'd wager he's probably creaming himself as we speak!

Not forgetting his penchant for ethnically cleansing Gaza of course, we're simply seeing the boggle-eyed twat show his true intentions - and from where I'm sat, he's the only leader bringing forth war and uncertainty. I'd say that was the plan all along , I still get over the fact that they didn't know October 7th was gonna happen . The Egyptians warned them , their own soldiers warned them, out of the thousands of of hamas fighter you think there'd be a few informers, When you look what they done with the pagers they gave hezbollah , and how many high ranking Iranian people they've taken out in precision strikes, you mean to tell me they had no clue what hamas were going to do .

There was lots of protests in Israel before October 7th and Bibi was up court on corruption charges. It makes you wonder ?

And they ignored Hamas training just over the boarder in the lead up to Oct 7th. Bibi stated that there will be no investigation into the events around Oct 7th until all hostilities are over ( funny that) or do not mention the Hannible Accord. Or the debunked babies in ovens and other supposed outrages that fueled support for Israels actions.
I have doubts about the depleation of Irans ability to build nukes as there has been no indications of fall out around the areas that where bombed. And what happened to the Uranium? Maybe they will "have" to invade with boots on the ground to finish off the job?
Maybe what we have been witnessing in the media has all been theatre?
The language used by social media while talking about Iran is similar to how they report on Palestinian protesters who they are pushing to make into a "Terrorist" group.
But the young see through it all and they are setting themselves up for big issues in future. Both the media and political parties as well as governments.

Israel are proposing to build concentration camps- Oops- camps where Palestinians can be concentrated and any that refuse to move in will be considered as Hamas sympathisers and will be treat accordingly. Which will leave them at the mercy of settlers and the military.

Most interesting to me are, the ones who came up first with the term 'concentration camps' to describe these plans were 2 former Israeli Prime Ministers themselves.

Reminder that even though practically all Israeli PMs of past 30 years have the same goals and agendas, that this current government leadership is the most extreme. They need a revolution, they want it, but unlike everywhere in the world that needs revolution, the present leadership is fully backed by the powers that be.

I think that this Israeli government are creating a mess for international law to deal with in the future and so many governments around the world are complicit in that mess.
Israel's parliement have today voted to annex the West Bank- An area that Hamas has nothing to do with.

That seems to me to be a statement of intent following their killing and ruining of that area.

And experts on starvation have concluded that 90% of Palestinians are in stage 5 of starvation. Meaning that we can expect the death rate to sky rocket soon unless help and fear of seeking help abates.
The worst thing to witness in real time in my lifetime.

I just can't understand how leaders in different countries are not pushing for more. Resolutions and condemnations are not enough. Laws are broken deliberately and what? Still so much money went to defend Ukraine, but even more is sent to arm Israel.

The Israelis are a law onto themselves , if someone complains they're branded as an anti semite. America could easily stop this by refusing to get them arms but they won't, as they control the US goverment. The head of the Israeli airforce was in Britain this week, thats the same airforce thats killed tens of thousands of civilans over the last 2 years. The next time World leaders starts spouting about human rights , freedom and justice , they can go and fuxk themselves

I think happens everywhere in a way, but bigger way for Israel. Here if you criticize government suddenly you are communist loving (we had communist threats 80 years ago) or racist. I used to be neutral about news but now hearing leaders talk about peace and laws and shit like that makes me so mad I even don't talk to people anymore.
 
I recently attended a pro Palestine demo in Bristol and listened to the harrowing accounts of those with family living through this genocide. I banged my pots and pans so hard they where distorted.
"Bibi" should be having the worlds governments condemning by now because the genoside will become much worse with his declaration of his most recent intentions.
Even his own are calling him out.
I fear for the coming days ans weeks.

I get you. I like to keep up to date with what is going on and one of my daughters is constantly informing me with updates. I am having to remind her to do fun things as it is having an awfuk effect on her.
The young will one day run the world and they have long memories.

Tbh I don't think it'll make a difference, they control so much in finance, media and the banking sector our politicians will always be beholden to them. They control the whole political system in the US and ironically the only 2 people speaking out against it are two Republicans .

As the Russia/Ukraine conflict has shown us drone bombs are very accurate and are guided remotely to pinpoint the target. The murder of those people was a very deliberate double tap designed to kill journalists and to scare other journalists away from the possible slaughter to come.

Who goes to the scene minutes after a bombings, paramedics , journalists and civil defense to get people out of the rubble . It was during the day aswell . It was a mistake yada yada yada ... They're not stopping till they kill or force migrate everyone from the gaza strip. And no one in the international community is going do anything about it bar make a few statements .

Settlers for me must be the biggest scum of the earth. Imagine travelling from your country of birth to take the home of someone thats family home or farm going back centuries without any conscious,even using violence and death to do it with the full backing on Isreal's military and police?

I don't normally go anywhere near these Euro leaders in terms of posting speeches, as I'm always reminded of Ursula and the polish dude, but this was pretty good, although time has run out, the west's moralising of opponents or bad countries is meaningless now, they've literally sat on there hands and watched children (already living a life of poverty) be decapitated.

I bet that speech was never shown on the MS news. It was spot on by the Slovenian president. Francesca Albanese deserves the peace prize as do all of those working to help in Palestine.Every leader should indorce it. Notice how the PM's of Croatia and Albania are hiding their embarrassment by playing on the devices-disgusting people.
