Some days ago I opened a account with VikingSlots and deposited 3800nok and got a welcome bonus of 2000nok.Since there was no terms or rules attached to the bonus I searched the whole site with no luck(I play on ipad and the mobile version of the site doesent have bonus terms anywhere)
I then decided to not bet more than 50nok per spin(about 5 euro I think)to be on the safe side.I played jackpot jester with 50nok a spin,the problem was when bonus game started and bets increased to 250nok per spinn,but in bonus game you play with winnings accumulated in normal spins and the 250nok spins was not from my money or bonus.Anyway I stopped playing after a few spins not to breach rules.
After this I googled and found the terms and it stated that bet limit on bonus was 5euro/15percent of bonus.Now I contacted support via chat and mail many times without getting a clear answer,just that I should keep playing and find out when if I should make a withdrawel if the bonus breach would be a problem.
So I kept playing and won 43000nok on jackpot6000 with 20nok spins,then I sent a mail explaining that I want a clear answer before continuing wagering my bonus with 61000nok left to wager.
And offcourse now I get a answer that all winning will be forfeited because of bonus abuse.
What you guys and girls think,I know rules are rules.But its not easy to be player when you get a bonus without terms anywhere on the plattform you play on and even if you try to be on the safe side you get punished and confiscated all your winnings because of a few spins in a bonus game.
And then mailing me calling me a bonus abuser.
