ok what im cooking is a young sheep they call it mutton once it gets older than one year this one was one year + but under two, we were suppose to be picking up a lamb but the farmers wife wouldn't let him butcher it so we were ok with that as he told us money back if we thought it wasn't a good taste

and he was right I'd buy one again to roast over a open pit roaster

so the lamb we originally chose was lucky on that day thanks to the farmers wife

I guess the lesson is run when you see four guys wearing white shoes carrying a cooler of beer. You might end up roasting on a spit if you dont
