I have been thinking about depositing here, but some people I know say they cannot pay US customers. So I am under caution until someone says they have been paid.

They owe me $2,000 for about three years.

As for the US, there is a problem about how to get people paid, as Neteller is unavailable, and other methods are becoming risky. I guess some banks do not want to handle the transfers etc.
You act as though they owe you winnings or something, instead it was a bonus that they declined to offer you - and this was four years ago.

I've already informed you that I was looking into this. The casino has told me they were going to look into this as well - yet you continue to make postings such as this.

You've probably blown your chance to have them reconsider whatever decision their manager made back then. Good going

I am in the opinion that if I played based on a promise to give a bonus and lose, that means they have not nonored their part of the deal.

You say that they are looking into it. I did not undertood it in that way.
I got it that they are strong about not paying me the owed bonus.
and the only thing is that they may have a willingness to offer me some future bonuses.

I am not in the business of asking them for some new offers etc., based of their good willingness. I am about to find an understanding regarding this old issue.

I am not searching for trouble making. They just pissed me off.
They even did not try to negotiate a compromise. They just do not care.

How do you know? Are you a mind reader?

If it's being looked into, it's being looked into....

Patience is a virtue....

No mind reading here.
There was a correspondence between me and Bryan, and this is what I understood from Bryan's email.

It happens that I misunderstood Bryan's email. OK.

I already mentioned here that while I am arguing with the casino, I have much respect to Bryan. Besides, misunderstandings are something that happens very much.

Tester,
Main Street Group has been superior to other Playtechs and I would be surprised if they did not treat you fair. I've had good success with them in the past, and that's why I'm surprised by your post. Good luck coming to terms with them though.

Hi, Just for anyone's information, I got paid by one of their casinos just a few days ago. Actually, I had cashed out in mid-January. I called them a few days ago and they said they would send it the next day by Western Union. And that they did. No problem. It was over $500.

So I'm happy about that. Of course, I am afraid to put any money anywhere now with all that's going on here in the United States. Believe me, I'm itching to play some video poker somewhere, but I'm just afraid to deposit any money again until this gets straightened out, if it ever gets straightened out. I guess I'll have to go to Vegas to do my gambling from now on. I sure will miss online gambling. It was great.

But I digress. I just was reading this thread and wanted to say that Las Vegas Casino with Mainstreet Group paid me with no problem, by Western Union.

Main Street

2 casinos were lost in the merge to RTG...

I believe that for the today's onilne US gambler Main Street is a good option.

They are always committed to pay the customers and offering fine service.

If they have delay on payments, do not panic... I am possitive everyone will be paid at the proper time, remember lots of methods were removed but they are working on new ones

Like many casino groups, they've had a recent reduction in staff. This of course may cause delays, other problems, etc. But they are still viable and I plan to keep them listed here.

I just received a withdrawal via Western Union from Sun Palace Casino which is part of the Main Street Group. There is another withdrawal I have pending from Vegas Casino Online which is also part of the same group. That one I can get no answers on at all.

The withdrawal from Sun Palace I requested on 1/18 and was finally processed on 2/14.

I am not playing anywhere now. Even if I were to win I doubt I will get paid. I have over 5k in withdrawals out there in limbo land. It is beyond frustrating.
