Hi I need some help also I deposited into a casino then decided to self excuse two days later I opened another account with a different email and they are refusing to give my wiinnning which are a lot 5 figures they are just not deciding to pay me out am i in the wrong they said I broke t & c for having multiple accounts but the first one was closed please help with this

Probably SOL there mate. They usually have a clause covering this too.

If you were self excluded, there's a very slim chance of getting your deposits back depending on the operator. Could be worth doing a PAB.

Yes, that's as per the rules.

If you self-excluded the first account, bypassed the rules to open a second then won, they must close it when noticing and refund deposits only.
