Is anyone having problems with the scroll button

It keeps stopping (only on this forum) it does not matter if I use the actual button or the mouse to scroll down it keeps stopping and starting, its annoying me now

Mine has been jerky, mainly on FaceBook............. drives me nuts.

Figured it is on my end........... maybe not.

This....except on virtually every site I try to access.

Had one of those unwanted Window 10 updates on Sept 15th - 5 Hotfixes and 2 Network code updates- and now among a plethora of other problems is the stopping/starting of the scrolling function.

It is driving me mental.
