is anyone else having trouble playing at club world

i can log on and get to the lobby , begin to play , it will spin 2 to 6 times then just keeps spinning, tried chat but couldnt get anyone to come on....just wondering if anyone else might be having the same prob or is it just moi?

yes same here. i have had to log in several times today and now its only worse than before. i had similar problems last nite. still cant play at this time.

I coldnt get in touch with live support in the all last week.
I sign in and wait and wait and.............nobody answer.
I didnt have that spinning problem though.

I emailed support, they replied back to me almost immediately, and then it worked, then for the last hour or so it hasn't worked, I emailed them again.

just heard from tom at club world and they are having isp issues and hope to be back up to par very soon and he is sorry for the inconv.. i also want to thank tom for the speedy payout, already in my acct i love these great casinos that care about the customers....laurie

i have a completly different problem
I install them play for a while reboot my pc an they are gone
they say I have
uninstall all recent downloads checked
I don't as 2 other RTG's are still there an so is
thisisvegas
so i don't know
why Club won't stay

Sorry for all the issues last night.
Unfortunately this was something out of our hands.
The problem was with International connections through the countries main internet provider. These have all now been fixed and all should be working fine.
As I say this was totally out of our hands. I can only apologies for any inconvenience caused.
