It boils down to how 'you' made the recipient feel, what you see as unreasonable is not necessarily indicative of how the recipient feels. Some people are more sensitive than others, do we ignore their reactions because we consider them to be overly sensitive - just food for thought.
But surely how the person 'feels' isn't the sole determinant as to whether they are being bullied? If you go an employment tribunal, for example, and listen to how a person complains that their workplace boss was bullying them, they will look at it and (and again, just an example) apply the reasonable person test. If that shows, circumstances into consideration, that the bosses actions were reasonable, they will (possibly) rule that no bullying took place.
I get what you're saying - if i know that a certain approach with someone is causing them distress then to continue could be construed as such - but then again, on especially like a Forum like this for example, why are you even on it?

and creating a crazy amount of accounts to do so? Wow. He is probably reading this thread thinking he is funny but if Bryan does call the police with all this stuff he can def be charged. It's actually a very simple process and alot of trolls dont realize how easy it is. It's all fun and games until the police come knocking!
