It isnt working for me either, i was playing tut tourney and it gave me an http error then the site just died :(

yeah that free phone number has not been working for years lol.

No idea why they still have it listed lol they should just remove it or actually get one that works for times like this!

But as i said earlier i am sure it will be back online soon if not tonight, tomorrow :)
 
I came here because we no longer have the 3Dice forum. Of course that would be down

anyway from the looks of things.

Personally, I can't help thinking they rushed into getting the new version up & running

a bit too quickly. There are still problems, like some of the slots, on fast mode, spin

so slow, it's really almost painful to play them. Now I avoid them.

Two of the games from the old version are still not available, not to mention (I will yet again)

my solitaire is NOT coming back!

It has been down for well over an hour......... what to do with myself!?!?

Would be nice if the 3dice rep would give us any feedback and ETA for when it will be back? Maybe even a soonish??? hahaha

The not knowing is worse than knowing the cause and ETA :P :)
 
Or maybe they went bust?!

There has been a lot of huge wins in real since the new platform. More so than on the old site?. just a bit of fun but maybe it might be true haha, who knows :P

Naa it isnt a ddos attack cos the site is not even trying to connect.

As a web dev myself, What i think it could be is a server issue, maybe their servers just failed and lost internet connection, or worse case servers just had a major error and died.

there is also a possibility that the servers got attacked. But i highly doubt this third option. My likely feeling is that the servers just had a connection issue to the network/internet. And that is why the site is showing the DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error message.

Obviously servers also need internet connections. Usually they have their own dedicated internet connections and sometimes they fail. Maybe they should invest in getting a second or third connection installed so they have a backup for times when 1 of them fails?! just a bit of advice :)

It can happen.

I am sure it will be back online soonish :) worse case tomorrow :)
 
yepppp they are working on it... in the chat is only jared... enzo saw bart.... and 3 players I think... not me but flor can see the chat.... lol Hope they work more fast to solve the DNS problem.... some tried the chrome dns and can login but no one can play any torney ;-(

Thanks for info. No idea some was still able to see the site anyway bed time for me see ya tomorrow hopefully hehe

Well I'm going to ask the 150k question...how can Flor see anything?
 
I was able to get in one time. Only once...The only people there were Enzo, Bart, Flor, Survive, and myself. They were working frantically you could tell. Bart was interrogating survive on how she got in and Enzo was quizzing me down on what settings we tweaked to get in. ...All i did was point my DNS to google...and then i went in through through ole faithful...the DL Client...Before i thought about it, i logged out to play with my tweaks to see which one had allowed access...Big Mistake...

lol good question Linda!!!! we dont know she did not do nothing... she never loggedout but she cant join any tourney... i can only see irishdaisy and echoes can join into the tourney buth they cant play... easy money lol dont know if they are receiving the money from those tournaments... just for joing it.... we must wait :eek2: :eek: booo
 
This is a first for me to see a downtime on 3dice, but I experienced worse on another site months ago... It was down for like 2 days all due to adding more capacity and then things just not working at all so they then had to undo what they did. It sucked!

Granted at least on the other site, the main webpage worked so you could see updates and all on the situation, but we should of had the 3dice Rep post here to at least give us something even if you don't know what the issue is behind the site not working yet. :/
