Anyone have this issue with the casino before.
I sent my documents for approval.
License front and back. Credit card front and back. Some verification form. And a utility bill.
I deposited a long time ago with 2 prepaid mastercard I got from xmas and I had one credit card declined because they dont allow gambling.
The credit card I have..and used for a deposit once. I sent them all the forms...scanned..signed.. etc etc.
They are asking for a written letter from me stating "I no longer have a couple of these cards because they are prepaid"
"until then your cashout will not processed"
