intertops failed the 4 days payout time,

I'm so pissed at Intertops right now!! So briefly I have been a player with them since 99-2000 and still playing.. I really need to find a Rep at this point. Is there a Rep for Intertops? Brief story I just cashed out $1050.00 on Friday Jan1st it should be sent out Tomorrow JAN6th2021 or latest Wednesday like always, they dont miss a beat. I 've never had any problems. I got an email today asking for me to send in Docs for verification driver's license utility bill since whatever they have has expired she says. WHAT????

Bullcrap!! my license hasn't expired and why all of a sudden right before my payout gets sent you are asking for this. Okay no problem sent it in right away, within 5 mins from when she sent me the email. After I sent docs an email "please be aware due to the pandemic its taking longer than usual to verify things" I am sorry but this is friggin bullshit and im pissed off!! Damn right its a pandemic I have bills due and grandchildren to feed are you kidding me??!!!

I pay the extra money to have it sent quickly because I need it!! Why right before its to be sent you want all this stuff from me?? I will send you any docs you people want but DONT hold up my withdrawal. And of course support don't know shit except it will be 3-5 days i have sent emails not 1 reply from anyone!! You have everything I sent everything nothing is expired get my payout sent!! Please if any member's have an email or someway I can get in touch with anyone from this place please message me or post in this thread...

In a nut shell if I have to wait 5 days I'm closing my accounts, with Casino Classic and Intertops Red.. Im not stupid I know the rules been doing this a long time!! I answered your email literally 5 mins after you sent it and sent in the docs, where did you go within that time frame where you cant reply!! Why am I still waiting?? Sorry guys i know theres probably alot mispelled quotation's are wrong didnt cross my T's and dot the I's . Im just really upset I need that cashout, and i want to know what she has thats expired too??

Why are you are gambling money that you cannot afford to lose?.

As you say, you have bills and Grandchildren to feed. What would of happened if you had lost your money, seeing as you are so desperate that it's a couple of days late due to documents.

I do hope that after you are paid, your accounts are closed due to affordability.

The pandemic affects everyone, you have no right to be pissed off.

I think we may already have a contender for the most self entitled post of the year.

Are you serious? After the Docs are sent I get the email from them about the pandemic and its taking longer than usual.. there asking for a document she said had expired well what document is expired so I know what she's talking about and i can sent the correct one in.

They send emails and then don't reply back, that's why it takes so long to verify anything!

I didn't asked for your two cents either, This is a forum where people can come ask for help if needed from other players, advice ,help etc..

Its none of your business, I wasn't asking you for anything and certainly not your advice!! I know all to well about this pandemic I most certainly don't need you to remind me of it!! I have seen your posts on here you go around and see who's posts you can pick apart and your pretty rude in doing it.. Your ass needs to be reported to Brian..

If I cant posts an issue without people like you stalking my posts I wont post anything else again. Your rude and obnoxious and its people like you that make people like me so pissed off!! Since this is a public forum the members are generally free to respond as they see fit, within the guidelines given in the Forum Rules of course.

You should know that many of our membership are VERY experienced players and casino industry workers. If they happen to have a point of view you don't like or don't appreciate then that's a learning opportunity for you because like it or not that's life on the forums.

If you don't want the forum general population to comment on something you post then perhaps the Private Message facility is what you were looking for. There you can have a conversation that is between you and the recipient, though there is no guarantee that they won't have something unexpected to say as well.

No problem Maxd Totaly understand, I was actually coming back to say I spoke with CS Gail from Intertops and I thank her for letting me know what the issue was with the expired docs. Everything has been sent without further issues :)
