Over the past 6 months I have been having problems with these guys and they are the only ones.
I use many other casinos recommended on this board and these guys are the worst.

Their software crashes and freezes, so I cannot even play, their support sucks and does not answer.
I have sent many email to Ryan and support in general, including PM's to Ryan on this board.

I even "pitched a bitch" over a week ago and have heard nothing back.

I just either want my cash out minus their lousy restrictive bonus or provide me with software that works! I have uninstalled the software many times, downloaded the files from their site, updated and it still does not work right.
Totally frustrating, and on top of that they are holding over $300 of my winnings for an $80 bonus from over a year ago that was not told then that I had to play 80 TIMES the deposit...what a ripoff!

I would only recommend this casino to be on the "loser" list than anythign else.
 
Problems with your InterCasino account

On numerous occasions our helpdesk has provided you with technical support to resolve the software problems you have been experiencing.

The reason you are unable to withdraw your balance is because you have outstanding wagering requirements on your account. The game Baccarat does not count towards meeting the wagering requirements for the bonus as per our terms and conditions. It is one of 3 games excluded from the promotion due to widespread misuse of the bonus through these games.

Almost all of your wagering has been in Baccarat. If this is the only game you wish to play, you will never meet the requirements for the bonus. I suggest you register a new account, send me an email with your new account number, and I will remove your account from this particular promotion. Alternatively, make deposits of less than $25, and you will never receive the bonus regardless of how many deposits you make.

Please note that the wagering requirements for the bonus are 25 times, not 80 times.

Why do so many online casinos that offer bonuses show the bonuses in the player's total before they have been "earned"? Usually, you have to carefully read the fine print to even know that you won't get the bonus if you only play certain games. This practice makes it seem as if the player has more money than he or she really has. I think that most "bonus abuse" comes about because of this deceptive practice.

Not really sure how this is "deceptive".

It literally takes less than a minute to read the T&Cs. A casino is offering you a bonus - e.g. free money - and you're unwilling to read for a minute or so if there are any restrictions? Not too much to ask of a player.

Contrarian view:

I run Intercasino off of an older desktop (about 4-5 years old). Runs like a charm.

They have been incredibly fair about payouts once WR have been met. On the typical $90 bonus, the WR is $2250. I can literally make $2260 in wagers, and immediately cash out. No fuss, no problem.

Their BJ is fair. My winnings are not usually huge, but are enough.

Absolutely love their CS. About 9 months ago I was playing on my gf's computer. There was some sort of communication error, which interrupted my play. I called to complain, and was credited - without asking - $75.

Personally, I think that Intercasino is one of the best around.

PS NEVER saw a WR of 80...so I'm not sure what T&C you are looking at.
 
If your account total shows money that is not really there, that is 'deceptive.' It would not be difficult for online casinos to place notices on non-bonus games telling players that these games do not qualify. But ideally, the bonus should not appear until it is earned. That would end most bonus abuse.

The reason for showing a larger total than is really there is because it encourages the player to bet more. The more the player bets over the long run, the more the house wins.

So you would prefer having a "bonus" account - like some other casinos employ?
That creates more confusion than not.

With Intercasino, it's easy. I deposit $310, and earn the $90 bonus. I know that I need to wager $2250 to be able to cash out the bonus ($90 times 25). I also recognize that if my bankroll includes the $90 bonus.

Is that really too difficult for people to figure out?

Goodness, has the world come to such a state where basic math skills and common sense cannot even be reasonably applied?

Up until about early 2002, (I think), you actually could play baccarat there and have it count towards bonus clearing. Ha! They even let you play craps back then. Intercasino pays fast, they play fair, they keep giving great promotions, geez, what else do you want?

So anyway, grow up, and learn to recognize a good deal when you see it, and recognize that Intercasino is one of the BEST, and very player-friendly! Long live Intercasino!

If you lose your deposit before completing the WR, you don't want to be able to play with the bonus? Crediting the bonus after completing WR instead of before is unfavorable for the player.

Hi Ryan...I would be glad to but you never answer my emails.
Why dont you just deduct the $80 bonus and send the balance to my Neteller account and we can call it square. I just want to move on as your support department has not helped me one bit by offering a canned solution that does not work. As if it did I would not be here complaining and would be losing my money to you; :)

Hey Paul...I assure you I am educated and over 40. I would not be complaining one bit if just the software would would work...then at least I could wager another game to give me the credit to earn the bonus...I just want my winnings so I can move on...there are too many other great casinos out there that work and can take my money...at least with the others I can enjoy losing or winning!

Even though this is not really resolved, there is an issue of the operability (no probs with other casinos) and my $300 in winnings that I cannot even try to lose. YIKES!!! Hopefully Ryan will do the right thing with my request in my post.
 
I think people are getting posters confused here:

dcast -- the original poster who Ryan said played baccarat almost exclusively and that's why the wagering requirements had accrued so much.

mac-user -- the poster who stated that bonus money shouldn't be put into a player's account until it was earned. This is the poster I think a lot of people were reacting to,like dickens and paul1.

Just my two cents for clarification ...
 
I think you need to speak to their tech people over the phone. I spoke with Intercasino yesterday about this and they said this is the only way to effectively tackle the problems concerning the software. Have you done this yet? If yes, call them again.

dcast, I am guessing you have been using Windows98 or ME. Although apparently not everyone has the same problem, Crypto software will stop working after about 25 minutes or so playing on that operating system (it even stops the internet working on mine) and require a restart. Previous software versions didn't have this problem. This is just due to a lack of window handles and resources in the operating system and also resource leaks in the software but you should have no problems with Windows 2000 or XP. I've recently installed Intercasino into my laptop so I can play it as it was almost impossible otherwise.
 
Issue Resolved

To All,

Well with much time taken I have talked with their support and have enlightened them as to the condition of software problems.

First through much winning on BJ I met the wagering requirements and have taken some winnings out, and Ryan has removed me from the automatic monthly bonus program (did not know I was on one), so now I have no more wagering restrictions.

I am running XP Pro SP2 with ATI graphics card on a kickass machine, so that was not it, as other Waterlogic software casinos work fine.
I determined that in "Other Settings" when any of the boxes were checked that games like Bacarrat and BJ froze when the dealer was dealing cards...uncheck them all and the game works fine....that was it!

Support wanted me to have the lastest Java installed, which I did and the problem with animation and sound still prevails. Hey....who needs it anyway as long as I can play. Roulette is wierd though as when you click Spin, it goes right to the number instead of watching the ball go around...good for speed play I guess...but after a few beers watching the ball may make you goofy!

Anyway, I wish to thank Ryan for his support and all those that posted, and mostly to the CasinoMeister himself for having this great site to vent off...as is it were not for sites like this most of us would not even attempt to gamble online. Thanks again! :thumbsup:

Hey thanks! And I'm glad this was finally settled. There are few things as frustrating as techno problems.
 
Intercasin - Need to be very specific about "Allowed" Games

I have a similar complaint about Intercasino. I'm so pissed that I've decided not to go back there and just play on Casino-on-Net.

Here's their reload bonus details:
* Players must wager an aggregate total of 25 times the bonus in the casino before they can withdraw the free money, e.g. Deposit = $100, Bonus = $90, you must then wager an aggregate total of $2,250 in the casino before you can cash out the bonus money and its winnings.
* Your free cash will be credited to one account only.
* This offer applies to every calendar month throughout the year.
* Baccarat, Roulette and Craps do not count towards your minimum wagering requirement.

So, I met the wagering requirements playing Blackjack, Caribbean Stud Poker, and Casino War. I finally got to a point where I was up by approximately $500. Since NONE of those games are listed as excluded games, I thought, GREAT! I should be able to withdraw my winnings. But, no, the funds weren't released for about a week. I then waited some more, and they still weren't released. I called, and they said that it looks like I met the wagering requirements but that the funds will be released.

Well, unfortunately, stupid me continued to play with my winnings _THAT I COULDN'T WITHDRAW_ and lost.

So, It's obviously my fault for losing my winnings. BUT, it's partially Intercasinos. Frankly, I was trying to withdraw my funds and for SOME reason, they wouldn't release it---even though I followed the rules closely.

So, what's going on Ryan? Is this something that Intercasino does when players win? They hold the winnings for a long time until the player just HAS to wager it and lose to the casino? Hopefully someone from Intercasino can respond to this.

[I wasn't really going to complain, but reading these posts just made me angry again so I had to tell this story...]
 
Ankaimen, all i can think of is that you must either be out on your wagering. I have never known them to be out. If you have had other bonuses there you may have back-wagering to complete before your bonus is released. Hope you get this resolved.
 
One thing I found out was that they have a monthly bonus loyalty program. Just send and email to support and they will remove your account from any and all future bonuses.

I also received an email fom support today telling me that I fulfilled the wagering requirements. I knew this as I track it when playing. :D

I made my withdrawl yesterday through Neteller and it processed out but has not shown up in Netetter yet, as this takes 24 to 48 hrs. I have made a withdraw once before without any issues.

A key to winning at gambling is knowing when to quit, but ahh...human nature takes over and it happens...we lose some cash. Next time just wait, take out your initial deposit and then play with the winnings...remember this is supposed to be fun and entertaining. :lolup:

Weird. Just weird.

I've played at Intercasino for over a year now. And have yet to experience any true problems. Their bonuses have always been promptly credited, and I have always been able to withdraw as soon as the WR was met. Typically, I deposit on the first day of the month, withdraw about an hour later, and receive the funds about two business days after that. Just..like..clockwork.

Don't remove yourself from the loyalty bonus - I'm referring to the program which earns you money as you play. There are NO restrictions to THESE funds. I once earned almost $100 in the loyalty bonus alone in one month - this is addition to the monthly $90 bonus - and was able to cash this out as soon as it became available. These loyalty bonuses are rolled into customer accounts the 25th of every month, by the way.
 
Intercasino Complaint...

Yeah, I was surprised about this as well. Up until that happened, I was fairly happy with Intercasino AND told all my friends/colleagues that it's my favorite online casino.

But, yeah. I was pretty pissed that I wasn't able to withdraw my funds after winning a bunch of money on Casino War. When I get a chance, I will ask them to forward me my transaction history and I'll post that here.

Yes, I don't deposit funds until I see a bonus (I guess that makes me a bonus "whore" ). But, the bonuses are incentives for me to make me even want to play. So, I don't mind following the rules of a bonus. What I _DO_ mind is following the rules for the bonus and not being able to cashout my winnings. Totally unacceptable, imho.
