Insulting BONUS offer

I dont mean to be slanderous here and I thought long and hard before posting this but it really infuriates me.jACKPOT cAPITAL has been one of my favorite casino and since they took over whosoever they has been run very professionally. I have been playing there long before they were accredited and quite frankly I would find it hard to come up with a critisizim(sp?)

However, this morning I woke up to read an email about a 20% bonus up to $100.00. Sounds good until I read to T&C associated with this bonus! I could not believe it They still require a 20x playthrough..How outrageous!
Which FOOL and I mean Fool or MORON would deposit say $100 to receive $20 and have a playthrough requirment of $2400 before being able to collect anything. Not only that but its almost a slots only bonus.

This offer does not insult our intelligence, it only assumes we have none! Its below the "dignity" of a professionbally run casino

If anyone from this forum sign up for this bonus please let me know bercause I have a couple bridges and toll booths I would love to sell you!

i was also stunned this morning as i read this. my last few deposits at jakpot capital went down pretty fast. i still think theyre good run casino but offers for a 20% are really out of their norm and really not worth it.


also their vip program, how the hell i should ever collect enough points if several deposits in a row just never exceed the starting balance but how often much you deposit they dont consider for the vip status


anyway hope my luck with them comes back one day

They used to have 100% offers which are cashable and have a 20x WR. 2 months ago it went down to 50% (also 20x) and now this. They must be losing quite a lot on these bonuses. Unless they view labour Day as unimportant the 20% offer is a bit pathetic IMO.

I was hoping for a reply with more substance from JC. Maybe he shouldnt have posted it at all as it seems such a dry response on what are real concerns from the players. Telling them that they dont necessarily have to take bonuses isnt exactly top-notch customer service especially since we have all been accustomed to 100% bonuses for such a long period.

As someone who almost never uses bonuses, i can understand both sides, it is nice to have a 100% bonus with a decent playthru, but to most its way much better to have a good hit and know that you can cashout at your whim, not having to meet a huge W/R imo.

If i were to ever take a bonus on a fresh deposit, 15 x would be ideal, maybe even 20x, there are some casinos that want 50 and 60 times playthru, now to me thats just mind boggling.

Jackpot Capital is a fine casino and the service top notch, a casino that pays in a timely manner when you win is a good thing imo, bonus or not, a insult is when they dont pay and dick you around on your money imo......................laurie

I too received that bonus offer. Talk about a joke. Mind you even if it had been 100 % i still wouldnt have deposited. In fact since i discovered Titan i havent really deposited anywhere else. I get 100 % coupons all the time from Titan and i have cashed out more times in the last few months with them than i have with all the others combined over a period of years. Dont even get me started on the Rushmore group lol

Maybe the thread title especially the word "insulting" was unwarranted. However, casinos must also listen to their customers if they are to devise special promotions and packages to retain players. These are concerns from real customers and I reiterate that such a dry reply from JC does not generate any goodwill towards the casino. Just my 2c.

This is why, if at all possible, I only play at casinos that let players choose wether or not to redeem bonuses (and thus accept the T&C). As a table game player, I consider all T&C outrageous with the possible exception of Bodog. I did choose Inetbet over JC because it has a slightly better assortment of games (Pontoon ), but JC was my 2nd choice after dumping Rushmore, and I may yet give them a try. Final thought: you shouldn't expect such a good thing to last forever, they probably were losing money on the 100% bonuses, so, it would be stupid, from their perspective, to continue.

I really don't understand what all the fuss is about here. I'm sure there are all sorts of different bonuses available for different level players. I'm also certain many of the common ones are just automatically emailed.

When I was a higher level player I always got the common low end bonuses sent to my e-mail. The only reason I read some of them was to make sure there wasn't a better deal then the one I was getting. There never was so I just moved on.

If it's a crappy deal, it's a crappy deal. Wait for a better one.

If everything else is good about the casino why trash them. You would be surprised how they are willing to deal with loyal depositors not that much concerned about ridicules bonuses.

I guess you missed my entire point, and I certainly was not talking about rogues. I would assume you are a loyal player at JC, and if I were you I would just call them and I'm sure they would sweeten the deal for you.

Regular players are JC know there aren't alot of deposit coupons offered each month . Usually 1 %100 and maybe another sometime during the month . I think most are just hoping that this isn't going to be the usual future offer as times are tight and people want to play some for their money .

When I was a frequent visitor to Atlantic City, I usually stayed at one of two casinos that I really enjoyed along with the over the top treatment I received for being a loyal player.

Over the years when things were ice cold where I was staying, I must have visited more then once every other casino down there. I also had a comp card from every casino I played at in case I needed win/loss records for tax issues.

You would not believe the amount of junk mail I received weekly, and after all these years I still get some junk mail.

When a casino host I knew and dealt with would move to another casino, he or she would start calling me from their new location making similar or better offers trying to get me their. I'm certain it was technically illegal, but these casino hosts when moving to new locations always took their list of good gamblers with them, in hopes of recruiting players for their new casino.

I was able to get platinum RFB treatment, along with best seats in the house shows untouchable any other way when these hosts moved around. Of course I would take advantage of these offers and give a new location a more serious go of it for a weekend. If I didn't like the place or whatever, of course it was right back to my regular place.

It's all about marketing and getting your money out of your wallet and into their vault.

Online really has no other way of marketing then annoying e-mails, and some with terrible misleading deals. Yet, if you were a well known depositor online, you certainly could expect a personal phone call with some real juicy deals, rather then an e-mail. Especially when a casino host knows you and moves.

Nobody is "slamming" the casino. Just stating that this is not an offer that would appeal to many that play there. Perhaps in the future JC will offer something that is more valued to their players, rather than one that could be deemed "insulting", by more than just one. We are, after all, the ones that produce their bottom line.
I have played there many times both with and without coupons and this just puts them further down my list of the many places to play.

Well, that is not a bonus offer I would care to take. I don't take a lot of them anymore.

What I really considered insulting how RIVAL offers their players bonuses with quite stringent terms with MAX CASHOUTS!

It's been months since they left the Canadian market, but after a win from a ND bonus (my first, and small thousands of dollars lost at rivals) I got dismal bonus offers.

If you are giving me a free chip, a birthday or holiday bonus, manager's bonus, inconvenience bonus, contest win, whatever, attach whatever max cash out you like.

But when I am risking MY cash, with a sizeable playthrough requirement, to have my winnings capped at 4x my DEPOSIT, I consider that insulting.

If I am risking my own money, and a WR, I don't want a max cashout.

Okay, if the roll-over was low and you'd give me 1000x max cashout

Most of the posters in this thread are not intent on slamming the casino. Quite the opposite I'd say as I believe they are well-intentioned. They are more likely to be regular customers of JC who often take bonuses and are rather shocked to learn of the new offer which is really quite paltry.

For players who never take a bonus the most 2 important things are speedy cashouts and prime customer service. However, for players who often take a bonus, the sudden change does not sit in well with them. Just 2 months ago, I recall being able to redeem a 100% coupon 4 times to celebrate Independence Day. Now that they have been spoilt, the casino is suddenly dumping them back to Earth with a measly 20% Labour Day coupon. I would fire the marketing manager if I owned the casino as this would certainly aggravate players and they could start voting against this with their feet. Frankly, they should not have sent out the 20% offer so soon after their big offers in July. I doubt many players will take them up so what's the point?

In this thread alone there are probably a dozen players who seem to dislike the new bonus offer. Instead of stating the obvious ie it isnt mandatory to take bonuses, they should listen and do something to dispel the negative sentiment. I do believe that those who posted actually like JC so they'd rather hope that casino has a slight change of heart in offering something better instead of patronising other casinos. Everything has been smooth sailing for JC so far. This is the acid test. If they think they can disregard what players voice out good luck to them. I would hate to see even a small exodus of players on this issue alone.

I still rate JC as one of the better RTGs but I deposit both with and without bonuses. If the bonuses are unattractive, I might as well call it quits as there are others who suit my style of playing/depositing.

I hope JC can also listen to the concerns of players rather than just using their calculators. No matter how much you win from any player, the loss is yours if the player base dwindles dramatically or the number of deposits drop. Rushmore's loss will not necessarily be your gain.

But offering bonuses like this is in my opinion a disgrace and I belive they would be much better off not offering any bonus at all. I mean, a 20$ bonus with a playthrough of 2400, thats some of the worst I have ever come across. You have virtually no chance of every reaching a cashout with those terms, so why even bother?
