I noticed from a search that I am just one of many who have been wronged by Sportingbet's EFS Carribbean Division(SportingBetUSA, Superbook, Sportsbook, Aces, Players Only, and Linesmaker just to jame a few). I was given the answer that their decision concerning my account was "final" via both phone and email.
Later, I noticed that there is a Customer Charter at the SportingBet PLC web site stating "In the event that there is no amicable agreement in a dispute, Sportingbet agrees to abide by independent arbitration." A few days after advising EFS Carribbean that I wanted to take advantage of this independent arbitration, I received the balance of the money they owed me.
Hopefully the rest of you who have been wronged by this unethical operation will be successful with this also.
